The combo goes as follows:

Aggressively draw and survive using freeze spells, Doomsayer and your secrets until you have your combo pieces.

Simulacrum the two Mogu Cultist so that you have 4 in hand.

Emperor Thaurissan the Mogu Cultist and Echo of Medivh.

On an empty board play the four 0 mana Mogu Cultist and use an Echo of Medivh. Play 3 more Mogu Cultist to summon Highkeeper Ra.

Play the other Echo of Medivh and end turn to deal 20 damage.

They will probably survive this and remove your Highkeeper Ra but by this point you should have an Ice Block up, so unless they heal for a lot they are dead next turn when you play your other Ra.

Not as consistent as Exodia Mage but a lot more satisfying when you pull the combo off.
