This is a modified version of Kiwiinbacon's "Budgetstone - Onyx Rogue" deck.  Among other modifications, the most drastic is the addition of Cairne Bloodhoof, who has great synergy with this deck.

Kiwiinbacon does an excellent job of explaining the strategy of the "Budgetstone - Onyx Rogue".  I would definitely recommend giving it a watch.
