To put it simply Shudder'Thun is a Shudderwock deck with a C'Thun battlecry as the finisher.

Starting off we have your standard Shudderwock package.
-1x Fire Plume Harbinger
-2x Murmuring Elemental
-1x Grumble
-1x Shudderwock
-2x Sandbinder
-2x Saronite Chain Gang

The C'thun package is small but powerful - The first thing you need to know is that the C'Thun damage will come from your Shudderwocks stats and not your C'Thuns. 
With that Knowledge you don't really need any buffs for C'Thun, but a 10 mana 6/6 is pretty bad.  So...
-2x C'Thun's Chosen - one of the better C'Thun minions
-1x C'thun - duh
-1x Fireguard Destroyer - this battlecry gives your Shudderwock more C'Thun blasts.

Most the other cards could be swapped around, however most are either card draw or removal.
This deck is mostly about shooting things with C'Thun blasts, so go out there and have fun!
