Something different to Shudderwock decks anyway.

Got wrecked by a similar deck to this (playing as tempo rogue) so built it, needs refining.

There's no AoE until you get Hagatha down but there's quite a lot of damage from hand before then, use on minions with the axes to clear.

Don't forget that Hot Spring Guardian can heal minions as well as your own face, to make favourable trades and heal the minions back up.

Don't drop a Mana Tide unless behind a taunt unless you really need to draw a card.

You can do a lot of burst damage to finish off opponents with Murmuring Elemental + Blazecaller combo, Pyroblast for 2 cards and 9 mana (7 or even 5 mana if you get one or two reductions from Fire Plume Harbinger). And of course you also get the 1/1 and a 6/6 on board as well - and it keeps your elemental chain going so you can do it again the turn after sometimes.

Cauldron Elemental seems the weakest card, maybe replace it with a Bloodlust. But once Hagatha comes down minions are better to play than spells.

I only have 1 freezy elemental on my US account which is what I opened Hagatha on.

I've not seen a list like this one on HSreplay yet which is why I am posting it here. It's pretty easy to keep an elemental chain going in the midgame.

I didn't face any Paladins so far, I expect this is not too good against them ;)

EDIT: So it seems I was probably facing this deck https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1093653-hagatha-elemental-shaman

I don't have Kalimos on my US account and my version is much more aggro (no AoE). Witch's Apprentice, Stone Sentinel, Bogshaper and Sandbinder seem weak to me though.

Witch's Apprentice - too random and a 0/1 taunt is pretty whack.

Stone Sentinel - far too expensive and effect is pretty weak anyway.

Bogshaper - Not enough spells in my version. EDIT2: Didn't realise it was also an elemental, that makes it better than I thought, would only be useful in this deck after playing Hagatha, and I didn't get one to try out on my US account.

Sandbinder - you're drawing an elemental most turn anyway and a 2/4 for 4 is not great.

Maybe it wasn't this list I played against, they certainly had at least 1 axe (which is probably better than Zap! anyway).
