What fatigue has anything to do with Rogue and Warrior Galakrond? Jesus man, you have no clue what you're talking about. Just let the big boys separate the good cards from the bad ones and come back on release, to look for that rank 1 legend deck.
I didn't mean it has something to do exactly with fatigue, It just popped in my mind, some games do go to fatigue sometimes and I like to play slower decks lately or more value oriented decks. Buffing these Galakronds will not give you any reward unless it's fully charged (along with the Invoke effects) if he gonna be the last card (unlike C'thun, which at least had big battlecry after that). Yes I like to think about different aspects of cards and it's fun, I just happened to decide to comment it. I agree it seems a bit random lol but whatever. And I never netdeck or come for the 1rank legend, nor do care for it. I find it a bit weird you responded in such a way but ok.
This card is obviously intended for an aggresive/tempo style deck. Your comment was like going to leeroy's page and commenting I don't know about this card, doesn't do much in fatigue...
In general the later you draw hero cards, the worse they are. The only exceptions I can think of are like... Zul'jin, Garrosh and Uther.
Every other hero cards wants to accumulate value over time.
so, you can invoke to get +3 atk this turn to your hero, that litterally makes it so that if you invoke 10 times in a turn your hero gets +30 atk and you can one shot the opponent
soon
I doubt that could ever happen. I don't think any class will have access to 10 invoke cards. Certainly not 10 that cost 1 mana.
good luck invoking 10 times in a turn
That's an interesting idea! I don't know why people are downvoting you: I agree that is improbable to OTK with this concept, but you deal as much damage as a "lerooy jenkins" just with two invoke cards
Invoke just upgrades the card, not the hero power.
Invoke also triggers the hero power. Any time you play a minion with invoke like Shield of Galakrond you get 3 damage (in a warrior deck), so if you managed to play 10 minions with invoke in the same turn, you'd get to attack for 30.
Now, that's obviously impossible, there's no way to set up a turn where you play 10 minions on just 10 mana in warrior, but you can reasonably get away with playing 3 in a turn pretty often I reckon, and hitting face for 9 (or 14 with the weapon still equipped) is NOT to be underestimated.
Made quest warrior even more obsolete, even after rotation.
why?, you can use this in a quest warrior, use the golem hero power in mid game, and finish with buffed minions and face damage in late game. i think you can afford lose a hero power in order to get the other in this case
You can't really fit in all the weapons you need for the quest and all the invoke minions you need for Galakrond and still have the core of a good deck, you just end up with a deck full of support cards and very few good minions.
I don't think mixing the two makes sense, but Invoke minions let you attack, which means you don't need weapons necessarily.
why would you put much weapons when the invoke gives you attack?, 1 or 2 weapons, and this, + invoke, let you complete it
