This cards only weakness is 10 mana, directly comparable to a Kazakus potion.

I would honestly love to know what combos you will be picking.

Well to start with I've never disputed Dispatch Kodo is probably the best roll with any combo, despite that its still a rare roll. The list after that is what I'm debating. You've massively over valued the 5 mana minions, when in really you'd be better off building deathrattle combos. Not only are they harder to remove but many of the other options have synergy with the tokens, as well as cards your likely running already.
Mukla sucks, adding more stats doesn't change that. Knuckles I'll give the benefit of the doubt but outside the 4 attack options I think you'll just be making an even slower mediocre minion. Rhino is awesome, everyone is afraid of Rhino, you can extend that effect to Widow too but the stickiness of the deathrattles is probably more valuable in many situations.
The Sogg v2 combo sucks, Sogg doesn't see any play for a reason. It's much the same reason the Silithid combos are mid tier at best. By that point a vanilla taunt is largely pointless and one that can't attack 99% of the time is even worse unless lethal is on the board. Even Quest warrior doesn't run minions like this and they have actual incentive to do so.
Yeah Timber Wolf only needs 1 minion in a deck that can make beasts every turn, many which will make tokens and be already running many of those token minions and spells in the deck. Even if there isn't its still better because it represents value for every beast body (which there will be many) that comes into play. The only reason Timber Wolf doesn't see regular play in the first place is its a 1/1, much like Abusive Sergeant or Leper Gnome after they where nerfed.
Firstly a 3/4 windfury +2 mana to all minions would see no play. While the minion body is strong the +2 cost to everything else will lose you damage over time from not being able to play on curve. Then on top of that the DKs entire strength is being able to make and play minions every turn, no one with any sense would choose Hive Queen in the mid to late game. Even the charge combo is debatable outside threatening lethal in 1 or 2 turns. Hive Queen is easily one of the least synergistic you could pick in almost every situation.
I'd even argue Alleycat is underrated by your list because of Hunter beasts have a large amount of token synergy. The extra 1/1 will be more useful than the ping from Fiery Bat most of the time, only real advantage is the +1 attack. Though its still a low tier pick either way.
Also Hydra is pretty low tier generally, the downside is an unnecessary risk most of the time seen as you can just keep making minions. Unless the high stats make the difference between winning and losing, there's just no need in a high risk minion.

Your last point shows just how little analysis you have actually done here. Many of the highest rated cards are rated as such for the potential to be game saving. Either they are tremendously fast combos like dispatch kodo + duskboar or they are nearly impenetrable taunts like bearshark + stegadon.

Like I said zero practical analysis. Neither of those combos are fast or impenetrable and most importantly consistent out comes. Even if you do hit high rolls like these it will be against decks like Jade Druid, Quest Warrior, Rogues and Shaman, all of which can answer minions like this more often than you ever get to build them.
Also Raptor Hatching is a terrible pick for a keyword minion, the deathrattle is a drawback for the same reason Macaw is bad. The deck can already make decent minions, it needs to draw into and have space for the tools the hero power doesn't provide. Yet you conclude both are better than Timber Wolf in a deck that can make a beast minion every turn?
[edit] Also just noticed just include Silithid Swarmer taunts as 5 stars? Or Queen + Dragonhawk (you say Granny combos suck lul)? Those aren't situational, if not straight terrible? Like seriously wut??

    I don't think this card is that good, if at all but . . . . !

You could combo this with Hemet, steal their deck then blast it out of existence to assert dominance.

I appreciate the thoughts, but you really have to dig into every beast combo to see what the average beast is. That is why intuition is a bad source for decision making compared to data.

Fair enough but I can't agree with your reasoning at all. You obviously haven't taken any practical scenarios into account.
I mean we currently have a meta where crabs miss value constantly in their targeted match ups, yet you expect value regularly in mid-late game turns, might as well put Croc in the B teir following your logic. Your Hive Queen examples are situational and inconsistent, yet you say Timber Wolf is less likely to be good in a deck that literally makes beast minions. "Analysis" apparently shows Piloted Shredder sucks now??
Also this world where you can regularly build then play a 5+ mana minion and have not already won is quite frankly a fantasy, even including the best high rolls.

Dragon Consort only worked once, this works multiple times. Plus there are multiple 2 cost deathrattle minions you can play for 0 mana.
Maybe but the effect remained even after it was removed, making it better than this card in many situations.
And like I said, playing small minions alongside big ones on turns 5/6/7 is often bad because it plays into AoE. Hunter is not a class that's capable of flooding new minions easily like a Shaman or Paladin, so these kinds of plays are extremely all in most of the time.

Jeweled Macaw sucks as a zombeast pick, your hero power already "taps" and makes decent minions. Most likely to clog your hand with garbage minions and block other way better key words.

Golakka is a garbage pick too unless there's a definite target as it will also block other keywords.

Hive Queens downside is never worth the stats ever. Its already expensive to build and play even a midrange beast, adding an extra 2 mana too every minion is terrible.

Timber Wolfs beast buffing effect is probably one of the better 1 mana effects considering your hero power makes beasts. Many of which will deathrattle into beast tokens.

Grandmother is a top tier pick easily, pretty much any well stated combo is awesome. Grandmother + Raptor = 4 mana 4/3 deathrattle 3/2

Also pretty much every 5 mana pick seems low tier by default due to the risk of getting other expensive picks, making the card unplayable or causing mana inefficiency.

Card is not that good really for the same reason Dragon Consort wasn't, innervating minions on mid games turns isn't all that useful.

I think this card has more potential than people are giving it credit. In most match ups this card will give decent value for decks that can leverage it.

The match ups where you can get a bad result the value is probably irrelevant anyway.

Well its comparable to Imp Master but the fact it can be killed with no token generated is a big deal.

Not enough to power an "enrage" deck but decent minion to go in one.

But it's not for free. It's still another card. And if you have ever played Priest then you know that 1/3 minion on it's own is pretty shit. If anything whirlwind is more free since 1 dmg AOE is a good card on its own.
I dunno where you've been the last 2 or so years but 1/3 minions are pretty common in more decks than just priests. They also perform well because of their ability to survive at least 2 turns and contest the many 1/1s.
Also 2/3s are terrible, that's why they've barely seen fringe play since pretty much forever. A 5/2 on the other hand requires an answer.
