Completely unbalanced.  Why cobra shot?  Why healing cards in a hunter deck? Why make a premade hunter joust deck go up against another premade deck that wins most of the jousts?  What the heck was the point in that?  Do they even test these decks before they release it ??   They make 20 million a month and they can't even release a balanced & tested brawl?

Im not putting down TGT.  I think it will have a lot of great cards.  I'm just scratching my head on a terribly failed opportunity to show case them.  I was under the impression they wanted to make money on presale.  This could have been much better.

Why are we talking about how good this card will be in decks other than paladin ?  Isn't it a paladin class card ?

My data shows tremendous potential in the face hunter matchup, and most control match ups.  In weapon based matchups a successful duplication / echo of freezing minions can pretty much win games.  But the patrons are often sitting in my hand with no way to activate because I had to use the sheep/ unstable ghoul up in the earlier stages as means of survival.

I had asked the decks creator about other ways to activate the patrons and he said I must be playing the deck wrong "just like everybody else".

    Oh well.  Lol.

Ok I'm not exactly playing this exact deck..  It's pretty close to the one I've been laddering with since last season.  I have no shredders, instead an extra owl for taunts and a quartermaster (because some matchups such as the ones you have mentioned require that optional win condition.  ). And this deck works fantastic for the most part.  Control matchups are a different strategy though, more like aggro/mini control if that makes any sense, using reach as finishers..  Some matches I will scrape by on recruits/weapon removals only to end it with Leroy+abusive Sargent + might etc.  the moment that opportunity presents itself .

while some matches are for the most part impossible.. There are just as many and more that the other player never had a chance.  I used to prefer control until the last few metas... Because answers are nice.  And these style of decks really dont have answers.  But they can work!

posted a message on thoughts on double LOH vs one LOH and healbot

Double Loh requires a certain kind of deck I've only played one that ran two copies.  Most decks have one lay on hands and a heal-bot because in today's meta .. Vs most decks, it's just too fast paced to blow two turns on lay on hands.  It's hard enough not falling behind when just playing one of them.  Lay on hands is a slow slow card, 8 mana with nothing to show for on the board is a risk at times.  Heal bot on the other hand at least gives something on the board and leaves you with 5 mana (assuming we are talking late game when you have ten mana).

Healbot is better for healing and lay on hands is good for that situation that occurs endgame when you and your opponent might be top decking.  Lay on hands makes paladin have great lasting power in those sort of matches.  It's a great card but I never run two.

posted a message on Pricing for New Hero Skins

Sure some people asked for this feature....    Which makes it all the more curious as to why they choose not to listen to something far more useful that pretty much EVERYONE asks for..  More deck slots.

Still i I was not 100 percent disappointed...   Until I saw that they would be 10$ EACH...

Now im just annoyed.  That they would waste time on being greedy for something most people don't even care about!  While continuing to. ignore what would make sense and actually be useful.  I'd gladly pay 10$ for more deck slots.  I won't pay 10 per hero..  For a picture.  And I don't care who does.  It won't effect me.  If people want to waste their money that's none of my business.

I just don't understand why they don't listen to what pretty much everyone in their player base truly needs.

Update:  after dragging my rank back down to rank 10 with another deck, I switched back to your deck and am back at rank 6.  i want to put Kezan mystic in because of all the new Mage iterations and plethora of hunters I seem to keep running into..  And am deciding on what to drop for it..  Any suggestions?  I want d to keep mind control tech though.

First post here at hearthpwn.  Just wanted to compliment this deck and share some data.  I'm a fairly new player and usually manage to get to rank 5 most seasons despite not having as much time to play as I'd like.  That said, this meta all I've done is struggle to break out of rank 12, I've wasted a lot of time trying to make dragon paladin work for me.

I've done 33 games with this deck and it brought me up to rank 8 so far, and I plan to keep playing it for the ten days that are left in this season.  Here is my data,  I'm not  a pro player but I think the data shows that this deck can do well in a meta very unfriendly to the paladin class.

    33 matches - 57.58 win percentage from about rank 12 to 8.

    druid- 1-0.     0%

    hunter 3-3     50%

    mage 3-2       60%

    paladin 3-1    75%

    priest 2-0     100%

    rogue  1-2     33.33%

    shaman 0-2  0%

    warlock  2-2    50%

    warrior 5-1    83.33%

thank you for sharing this deck-- looking forward to any updates.  :)
