    The average player:

... My assumption is that the average player plays 1 hour per day from monday to friday and somewhere between 2-5 hours per day on the weekend. ...

Now that's a hot take! I think the average player plays nowhere near that much.

Well I calculated with 10 hours per week, I think thats the average. But if you can show me a poll result about this, I will gladly redo the math.

Where did you take the 10 hours from? 10 hours is a lot, especially if you expect players to do this week in, week out. I'd be very surprised if the average player plays more than 5 hours a week.

I think the new WOW expansion releases in December, so they probably didn't want it to overlap with the new HS expansion.

So the Mega Bundle doesn't even include the new Tavern Pass now? Yikes.

"Battlegrounds Perks will now be available as a standalone purchase, separate from the Tavern Pass."

Why am I not surprised? Your guess how much Tavern Pass + Battleground perks will cost for one season? I'd guess $40.

posted a message on The current state of Battlegrounds is?

Just like with most games or game modes: vanilla is the best and it only gets worse from there on. I'm still enjoying BGs but to me it feels like it's less fun with every patch.

btw: the most annoying thing still is that you play some opponents several times while you don't play others at all. They need some kind of round robin system. Fixing the lags would also be very appreciated.

posted a message on Ben Lee Talks About The Battle Pass And A Progression System

"This year, they took big steps towards making the game more affordable and they intend to continue maintaining the game affordable going forward."

I live in an alternate world where those things that make the game "more affordable" never made their way to me :(

posted a message on When Hearthstone streamers change their content so much their Youtube channels are almost unrecognizable...
    Quote from Inzan1ty >>

Just watch RegisKilbin, Dekkster and Trump (for New Expansions Card Ratings) at least they remain loyal to Hearthstone.

As somebody mentioned Kripp plays what gets his bills paid, as he is sponsored, so he would even go out of his way and play Fortnite 24/7 if thats what they tell him to do...

    Sincerely RIP Kripp

None of Kripp's regular HS streams are sponsored, Blizzard doesn't sponsor anyone for regular streams. How often do they actually sponsor streams like Kripp's? Once a month? Once every 2 months? Also, his sponsorship incomes are peanuts compared to his Twitch/Youtube revenue.

posted a message on Why is Ooze being picked over Harrison Jones even in Slower decks?

You want tech cards - which weapon removal clearly is - to be as cheap as possible. You could make an argument that in a weapon heavy meta you might want to switch to Harrison Jones (or even add it to your Ooze) if your deck desperately needs card draw.

posted a message on Why do they always release the single player content so late?
    Quote from Mikiblabla90 >>

Long story short: money. If they release it at the same time less peole would buy it

it's free this time, so that's not a valid point :D

no idea if the same dev team is working on both the expansion and SP but if that's the case it's not hard to see why they can't release the SP on expansion release day.

posted a message on How many total wins do you have ?

    Damn, and I thought I play a lot :D

I started playing just before GvG dropped, been playing every single day since and have a win total of "just" 9322 in ranked, 491 in Arena (I haven't played Arena for years).

I'm a control player though so I'd guess my average time per game is a lot higher than that of some other people.

posted a message on Hearthstone Patch Tomorrow - Floating Watcher to Tier 4

I like the Watcher to T4 move, still would like to see Cobalt to T4 too.

Will the recruit-bug be fixed with this update? A few days ago I read on reddit that they intend to fix it in the next update.
