I'm also working on some variants of taunt/dragon warrior decks.
If yours is a midrange deck, then Justicar Trueheart is out of place. The stats are awful for a 6 drop, and it takes until at least turn 7 to get use of the hero power, and won't get value until at least 2 uses. There is obvious synergy between TBK and Sparring Partner for removal, otherwise, sylvanas or sunwalker seem like better choices (neither of which have battlecry, and hence aren't hurt if dropped by Varian Wrynn. Also, Emperor T. is a great 6 drop, and will more than likely be protected behind a taunt or 2.
The difference is, the druid and warrior legendary have this effect with 1 card. With Priest, that's 3 cards you mentioned. I love playing Priest, but this is yet another combo-dependent, situational card.
Edit: The only upside I see is that this plays cards from outside your deck. This could help in fatigue wars against CW, especially if they rUn the new legendary.
It should be. The only reason I can think that it is not is that they didn't want to add two "keywords" in one expansion. Perhaps they'll add it retroactively.
It would totally work with the skeleton.
It would also work with negative effects, just like battlecries: Joust! Bad thing happens
Nice deck. Not sure on a few choices, such as Deathwing (because you typically have card advantage) and Malygos/Velen (not much damage to buff), but pretty close to the deck I'm having fun with. Check it out if you get the chance: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/277545-wet-dream-priest
Hi all, first post. I am looking for advice on what legendary minions to craft next. I play all classes sometimes, but mostly play Priest, Mage, Rogue, and Druid. I hate-hate-hate Huntards, and Warriors are annoying, but easy to beat. I've fiddled with Paladin and Warlock. I like Shaman but haven't tried it too seriously.
Background: I played MTG a lot in highschool two decades ago... I've been playing Hearthstone a few hours a day since like 2 months ago. I bought Naxx and three 40-packs, everything else is from grinding. Not too keen on Arena, not that I'm bad at it, I just don't like playing with all random stuff. I've mostly played casual but am looking to play a lot more ranked and maybe try for Legendary in December.
I have the following neutral legendaries: Cairne Bloodhoof, Radnaros the Firelord, Leeroy Jenkins, Bloodmage Thalnos, Ysera, Alexstrasza, Sylvanas Windrunner, Malygos, The Beast, Nat Pagle, Gruul
I also have the following class-specific legendaries: Al'Akir the Windlord, Archmage Antonidas, Edwin VanCleef.
Are there any neutrals I should craft, is it time to get more of the class-specific legendaries, or should I just wait for the expansion? I'm thinking Black Knight is the only neutral I should craft at the moment, no? I'm also thinking Lord Jaraxxus, Cenarius, Tirion, or Grommash Hellscream. I wish Prophet Velen was better somehow...he doesn't seem like a gamechanger for damage OR heal.

I'd wait Justice Trueheart. His stats are awful. Wait to see if thje meta slows down, and then, maybe, craft him.
I'm also holding off on crafting class legendaries for at least a few days.
Eydis Darkbane is the first I will craft. Low mana cost, good effect, good base stats.

Oh wow, I totally missed that this guy has taunt in addition to the taunt battlecry. I'm definitely building a Dragon Wall(et) Warrior Deck.

Honestly though, lots of MTG cards these have a keyword AND write out the description. I grew up playing Revised and the cards are crazy wordy now

Better yet: new keyword should be Reveal or Duel. That way it could be about more than mana cost.
