Sylvannas Windrunner is OK to me. Involves RNG but can be "well played" in a lot of situations. I'd put on same time as Rag.
There are cards that are way more RNG biased, like the rogue ones that add random card from opponent class, or the tri class discover one's from Gadgetzan set. From those you can expect anything, and are the only ones I don't like.
Maybe something around just losing the card text and the special ability of the minion, but not the buffed stats that the minion have. Losing the buffed stats on a minion could be a new a "purge"/"dispel" mechanic. What do you think?
