I know theyre giving us a golden legend as an apology but im still pissed we have to adjust to a new meta right after the expansion was settling in. I was quite liking the current meta
So hearthstone is actually buffing a lot of cards as well as nerfing rogue and archivist. While this sounds cool and fun, they buffed like 2 cards of each class and from what i understand there was very little user demand for these cards to get buffed. So my question is this: how much crack were they smoking at the boardmeeting when they decided this was a good decision?
Hopefully the article i read is fake but heres the list
this is actually the best deck in the meta rn, i havent lost a game when i get this deck option and im considering crating the actual thing just so i can play it consistently.
Also, for both wild and standard cards, yess i would pay $40 a month i already pay about $60 a month or more o the game (i spend 20 each week and often more)
You're asking for the entire set for $60 an expansion (4 months between sets).
No, "more people buying into it to offset" does not work. That's WHY the market moved away from subscriptions to the F2P model in the first place: they get far more money if they ask only a few to put a lot in than asking a lot of people to put a little in AND they get a larger number of players on top of it. That's not greedy. If you're working I doubt you would be willing to accept a 75% pay cut for the same amount of work either.
If a subscription model is going to be offered, it's going to have to be close to the above cost to make it worthwhile compared to keeping it as is. That means closer to $40/month. Otherwise, it'll be better to not offer an subscription.
It's nice to consider a world where you can bypass the cash shop mess in a F2P game and get everything for a low price. But it'll remain just as much a pipe dream as "why can't I get a legendary every pack?" unless you look at it from a business perspective, which is WHY we keep saying it'll cost too much.
Are you willing to buy said subscription for $40/month? Do you know a lot of others who would?
again it would only be for wild so you would have to wait for the expansion to rotate out before you could use it's cards
So a little while ago i asked if a hearthstone subscription service could which gives you access to all the cards ever be viable. I was just toying with the thought when i suggested it, and i got a lot of negative responses saying it would be too expensive, make it less F2P, and simultaneously devalue long time collectors collections. Recently i thought of an alternative. What if there was a hearthstone wild subscription that gave you access to all the wild cards in the game, for say, $15 a month. I know i would subscribe but it would definitely hurt wild's F2P aspect, but i don't know many F2P players that use wild format. Also you can't get wild packs so this would be crucial to new players trying to enter wild. Thoughts?
If you face literally nothing but priests then why not just play kingsbane rogue and enjoy skyrocketing to legend?
bc ive played tht way too much already, at this point i want to use secret hunter and even with my techs its very hard to consistently beat the same deck its just based on their hand and rng
I have been playing priest after priest after priest on wild tonight, each one with some kind of variant of the big archetype. (putting the zilliax in a big priest deck doesnt make it not a big priest deck. Using cloning gallery and putting in malygos is also still big priest). I just want to give friendly reminder to these priest players on wild that the combinations are endless, and using the same combo over and over again (priest resurrection tools) isn't fun for either player. So i urge you to be creative with your collection, venture into new classes with new archetypes on ranked and casual. repetition is mind numbing to the creative deck builder so for real help fix wild don't perpetuate the issue.

better than normal zoolock but still boring and basic. Hearthstone for beginners = zoolock
