posted a message on Took an informal poll this week.

I don't know why, but I loved this even thought it is quite sad how this poll enforces the Face Hunter stereotypes.

But oh well, for me 2/3 after-game-friend-request actually  ended up in 2 good buddies that I chat to / spectate from time to time. And no, I'm not a Face Hunter player (Grim Patron and proud).

Oh, and almost forgot - "GET REKT".

It is your money, it is your right to use it in any way you find fit. For as long as it didn't harm you or wasn't spent on something immoral your conscience should be clear.

Opinion / P2W statements / judgement of others as to how you spend your funds shouldn't mean a thing to you.

    And to those wondering - I am a 100% F2P Hearthstone player.

posted a message on How does Grim Patron warrior take any skill at all

When Patron Warrior first emerged I was excited - I was like - this deck is currently at Legend 1 and it costs 760 dust? Oh my, here I come, step aside!

After a few games I grew very disappointed because I couldn't get anywhere near decent win percentage to climb at all, it made no sense to me. So I gave up, only to come back later to actually start learning the deck. That's where I started having insane amount of fun because I felt that my mastery and overall knowledge of the game are increasing. After a few seasons now I consider myself a decent Patron Warrior player, but I still keep learning to this day and still keep making mistakes. Playing Patron isn't easy, there are some matches where the plays you didn't think through early on completely ruin your plan at turn 8.

Try it out and see for yourself, maybe you'll grow some respect for this deck. I certainly did.

posted a message on Another new card revealed in south korea : Grand tournament medic

I don't know, but I don't think this card is THAT terrible. In some classes it could work against aggro just as well as Armorsmith. You can buff it or taunt it up or it might have a lot of synergy in Priest.

However, given that the game might and most likely will slow down and give control decks many survival tools, aggro decks might not be as successful as they are now - in that case there might be no need for this slow anti-aggro card at all.

You might also need to enable the Virtualization from your BIOS menu - that's the only thing that comes to mind that you could have missed. Then (as suggested above) - give the emulated device 2 x processors and some RAM.

Also, just a reminder - if it all works out you can get extra pack for playing 1 game on emulated phone and also you can create an Android Tablet and play one game there. That's how I got 5 packs from this whole thing.

Hope it works out well for you.

Source? It's probably fake, considering the guy posting doesnt refer any link and calls himself "card design champion"

All of these cards are currently being discussed, seems real to me. There was even a picture of a presentation from the stream somewhere with Priest card on it.

Rexxar has been complaining about Taunt all this time, and his fellow Orc came up with a brilliant idea to turn this horrible mechanic into a weapon of face destruction:

Target Dummy x 2 + King's Defender + Upgrade! x 2 = 5/6 weapon for 5 mana! Now if you add Shieldbearer into the mix...

    You're welcome!

posted a message on Big disappointment

I never understood why people can't choose their reward. It's a feature that's been requested for a long time since GvG enforced a GvG pack as a reward - and mind you, their reasoning back then was that "everybody will want new stuff!".

If we're guaranteed to get a pack as a reward - let us at least pick which one we'd like? It doesn't break the game for anyone, but oh wait, it makes a poor incentive for people to go to the store!

    Quote from Clife jump

Why noone noticed that you can see the lichking and Barons Dead Horse? They will probably come as some legendaries as well

I watched the trailer by chain-clicking pause and the only time I saw Lich King was within the first few seconds where his art flashes during the Blizzard logo. If that is what you're referring to - I'm afraid it's just an animation for the logo - there are exact same art flashes during the GvG trailer (there are also Alexstrasza in her Human form, a Tauren, an Undead Warlock, Argent Protector and etc etc). That being said, wouldn't mind him as a legendary card.

There was a Death Knight riding a steed though (right before the pirate riding a parrot), looking very much like acolytes in WoW when you create a fresh one.

Why Do you say that???? Why?? Fizzlebang would Most Probably be a warlock and that would be worst case. I dont like Funny Little gnomes in my warlock deck. They completely destroy the dark and mysterious Flavour of the class.

I feel the same way! I got to say, at some point I was afraid Fizzlebang would be an alternative Warlock Hero (which would make me very, very sad), but in that case I'd still rather see him as a card instead. As per the Warlock Hero - need an Undead character (yes, I am very biased).

As per the OP - would definitely love to see those cards in the set. The stats will change (we've seen that so many times with previous teasers and trailers), but the art might make its way into the game. I'd love to see what sort of card that Blood Elf from the first teaser is - hopefully a good, playable one.

posted a message on how should i use my gold when the new cards will come?
You're very welcome. In regards to your last question (about finishing BRM) - I would probably put that on hold. The decision here is whether you prioritize BRM cards or TGT cards. 3 x BRM wings are 2100 gold in total, which is equivalent to 21 packs. Now, if you don't need those specific BRM cards for the decks that you want to be playing - then you're better off spending your gold on your collection by buying packs.

So my overall suggestion to saving/spending gold is very similar to what FranzLimit said - decide what your goal is.

    (1) If it is casually increasing your collection - new Arena reward system might benefit you given that you're missing quite a few cards. However, do that only if you enjoy it and can get good results.

    (2) If your goal is to play constructed - focus on one/two decks that are fairly accessible and that you enjoy. Then it'll be easy for you to see where you need to focus your gold spending. Same example applies here - finishing BRM to get a few specific cards or getting a chunk of new/older content to finalize those decks you want to play. Then play a season or two with the deck that you've selected, learn it in and out and accumulate gold in the process that you can now spend to grow your collection even more and play new decks.

    (3) Disenchanting. Like it was said above, that is up to you too. If you want the deck NOW, then it's fine to get rid of some cards. Personally, I am a collector (just like FranzLimit) and I don't disenchant cards unless I have two copies of it (even if they are bad cards that I will never play). This approach is obviously way less practical and will slow you down a bit, but I can't change the way I am haha.

So yeah, in general try to make a structured/selective approach as to where your gold needs to go and grind it out step by step. In my opinion it works out better, because you can't get ALL the cards for ALL the decks, but can quite enjoyably spend your time getting those cards by playing the game deck by deck (that's what I've been doing and it worked out well for me).
