Noxious already answered those questions in the official forums thread:

Adrenaline Rush doesn't exist anymore as far as the WoWhead's list mentions. They have 26 cards where they should have 25, and Adrenaline Rush doesn,t show up on the more "up-to-date" WoWhead card list.

Mind Control Tech is "drastically changed", therefore playing with it is borderline useless.

Arcane Blast doesn't exist either; an equivalent card named Shiv was given to Rogues, probably to make up for the loss of Adrenaline Rush.

Nozdormu is impractical, so that makes sense.

Thoughtsteal is interpreted by most people as a "Choose 2 cards manually", whereas common sense dictates it's OBVIOUSLY a random effect.

The infinite loop combo seems a bit of a stretch to ban, but I guess we need some info on Blizzard's side about their intent regarding this.

Welcome to ManaGrind's "friendly" tournament !

The tournament will be starting at 5pm(EST) on Saturday the 15th of June and you will be able to follow the stream on http://www.twitch.tv/ezm0d

BEFORE SIGNING-UP PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

Prerequisite:
1.) Be a registered user of the Cockatrice emulator
2.) Have/and are using the TS 3 channel
3.) Have a competent level of understanding of both the rules of Hearthstone AND be familiar with using Cockatrice
4.) Have the most recent version of the Hearthstone port for Cockatrice

General Rules:
1.) Players will be in private room in TS
2.) Attitude and sportsmanship will be expected otherwise penalties will apply
3.) No information is to be leaked to competing players till after match
4.) Spectating is encouraged for all players at any stage of the tourney
5.) Abide by the "Honour system"

In-Game Rules:
1.) Deck size is 30
2.) HP for both players starts at 30
3.) No Coin (2nd turn player only gets card advantage)
4.) Follow all approved community based rulings and blue posts from official forums
5.) All controversial rulings are to be resolved using logic and general consensus
6.) Sideboard used only for tokens/minions required for specific spells
7.) Each player must run the same deck the entire Tourney
8.) Once you passed your turn, there is no turning back unless specific/mandatory effects have not been respected. Ie: taunt/secrets etc...( You may only go back to your previous turn ). Subsequently the previously mentioned effects will be ignored/discarded 
9.) When random effects occur, lay the cards in question on the board. Ie:Mindgames, Bane of Doom etc...

Bans:
1.) Adrenaline Rush
2.) Arcane Blast
3.) Nozdormu
4.) Secretkeeper                                                                                                                                                                                  5.) Mana Spring Totem

Brackets:
1.) Seeding will be randomised
2.) Tourneys will be run as Double Elimination best of 1
3.) Grand final will be best of 3

Winnings:
1.) Bragging rights
2.) Seed advantage (coming soon)

Helpful Tips:
1.) Have all tokens/minions required for Hero powers/spells/abilities etc prepared in either sideboard or deck
