9th October update: MartianBuu's Wild Hadronox Druid: You're barking up the wrong tree!
Taunts. Deathrattles. Hadronox. Taunt Druid. Glorious. Very happy that I got Greybough value! Thanks to MartianBuu for the deck (https://twitter.com/MartianBuu)
2nd October update: Boltzmann's Shudderwock Shaman: Who needs Reno Jackson, when you have Varian!
After the banishment of Seedlock, more iterations of Shudderwock Shaman become viable! This is a Boltzmann deck. Notice that there is no Reno Jackson. Instead, we have Varian, King of Stormwind.
1st October update: Cont1k's Reno Shaman: Fun times against Quest Rogue and The Caverns Below!
Another awesome Reno Shaman deck. In this video, I face a Discardlock and a Quest Rogue! I have never seen so many Giggling Inventors get played in one game! I was losing hope - but the deck somehow managed to carry me to victory!
24th September update: Life after Seedlock: PiramidHed's Jade C'Thun Druid, ft. Yogg-Saron x 2!
BEHOLD! The first deck I have played after the ban on Demon Seed. A rmour to help your survive against aggro. Big Green Men to help you last against slow decks. Is this deck a tier 1 deck? No. Is it fun? Yes. Can you win some games? Yes.
In this video, we play against Alignment Druid and Odd Questline Hunter!
19th September update: DustyScales Reno Shaman: For just one moment, everything was perfect
A miracle. What a feeling. What an experience. Weeks of frustration with the Wild meta. For just a moment, everything felt perfect. Is this a sign of things to come?
18th September update: hsWhiteDelight's Last Reno Shaman on Earth: ft. Double Dirty Rat!
This is the last Reno Shaman on Earth - thanks to HsWhiteDelight. The deck has Double Dirty Rat to mess with Questline decks.
I tried. I really tried. Yet, Questline Warlock still proved to be a problem. That doesn't mean we can't have fun though! Two great games against Questline Hunter and another Shudderwock (?) Shaman!
12th September update: Boltzmann's Wild MURLOC Druid: A great off-meta deck to relax you on a Saturday night!
I continue to ignore the Warlocks, and attempt to have fun on the Wild ladder. A Boltzmann Murloc Druid deck helps tremendously with this. Playing this on a Saturday evening brought back memories of playing World of Warcraft back in 2014 - nearly 20 years ago - racing through Elwynn Forest and being attacked by Murlocs :-)
11th September update: Boltzmann's WILD Embiggen Dragon Druid: Ignore the Warlocks and have fun!
He did it again. Another Boltzmann deck. I had fun. That's all I ask for. Ignore the Warlocks. Have fun.
We start the video by looking at Aragorn's speech from Lord of the Rings, The Return of the King. The speech describes this deck perfectly. Stand up against Warlocks. Either tax them, or ignore them.
Apologies for the variable quality of the footage - recorded on my PC, iPad and phone!
4th September update: Boltzmann's Reno Shudderwock Shaman to Diamond 5: Ignoring Warlocks & Having Fun!
This deck felt like a light in the darkness for me. Taking me through the ladder, like the times of old. Reminding me of a time when I could play Shudderwock Shaman and enjoy Hearthstone... before Seedlock arrived.
I wanted to share something with you. An awesome moment for me. A game where I was able to get crazy Armor Vendor Value against an Odd Questline Hunter.
I have never played so many Armor Vendors in one game before. The Shudderwock turn was fantastic :-) This video also serves as a reminder, that Shudderwock Shaman is still awesome.
Until it becomes viable again, keep it secret and keep it safe (heed the wise words of Gandalf): - 0:09 - 20:08
28th August update: WILD Tax Paladin: The taxman always collects... but where are all of the Warlocks?!
In this video, we look at two Tax Paladin decks:
- Oakijack Even Tax Paladin (already featured in a previous video) Deck code: AAEBAaoIApS9Au/3Ag6HvALPvALRvAKz9wLPpQPbuAOq3gPg7AOv7gPj7gOU8APA9gPB9gPwhQQA
- Maxadona Tax Paladin (thanks to Slizzle466) Deck code: AAEBAZ8FAA+MAacFsQiIDvjSAsrBA4PeA/vjA/foA87rA6vsA9vuA5qfBMmgBNagBAA=
Please note - this is an off-meta deck. It is not easy to win with. The mindset I have adopted is as follows: - Concede against Warlocks - Have fun against other classes and hope for the best - even if I only win one game, the experience was worth it!
A few considerations: - Would Loatheb make a difference? - Investment Opportunity - does it have enough overload cards to make it work? - Investment Opportunity clashes with Primal Dungeoneer - Could this deck function better as a Reno deck? - again assuming Warlock doesn’t exist
