Something that would be interesting to see how a deck evolves over time is changing the {deck} tag to recognize something like {deck}1128424#1{/deck} where #1 indicates revision 1, yet {deck}1128424{/deck} would remain the latest version of the deck. Also, using {deck}1128424#*{/deck} would explicitly indicate that the latest version of the deck should be displayed.
The deck posting should also call out that it's a specific revision, so it doesn't confuse the readers.
