there are quite a few that are really close to max so I just avoid the bounties that give coins for those mercs, and don't use the mercs in bounty runs
currently only missing belinda and galvangar, and getting the 3 new ones to level 30, since all others are allready there
I spent ingame gold for some packs, but not too many since I kinda like grinding
