While the rest of us were discussing whether or not Blizzard was going to take crafted cards back, it took LandT to see that a crime had been committed.
What would be an appropriate punishment for someone who crafted cards with dust given to them accidentally, or ate an extra bag of Cheetos mistakenly delivered to them? Is rehabilitation even plausible for such hardened criminals, most of whom have expressed no remorse?
Turn yourselves in guys, you're only making things worse for yourselves.
I'll be surprised if you don't get to keep them, I suppose time will tell.
People that didn't get any extra dust are suddenly very principled about what they'd do in that hypothetical. Even Bro now believes in the fundamental fairness of Blizzard, which is a little out of character, so much so that he's created a second account to agree with himself. But I'm not sure that removing cards from players' collections to cover up the devs' mistakes would be the sort of behavior he/we'd generally advocate if there wasn't a smell of sour grapes in the air.
Didn't get any personally, sadly.

Apologies for the thread necromancy but I was wondering how this story ended.
Did those of you who spent it get to keep the spoils of your ill-gotten dust? Or did Kotick take his Cheetos back with interest?
