You’re right, why would anyone in their right mind want to get use and value out of something they *thought* they were being given? And why would anyone be upset when that gift was subsequently revoked?
Do you happen to work for Blizzard’s PR team? 🙄
You should feel shame for taking what is not yours!
And no, I don't work for Blizzard, I have dignity! Fortunately, I have an inner voice that tells me what is right and what is wrong, something that guides me through this valley of darkness full of temptations and excesses called life. If you are going to continue this conversation, remember I have the moral high ground here. ;)
Why would I be ashamed to use something that was given to me, even if it was given on accident? Especially if the gift exists within a completely fabricated economy that I have seen fit to spend literal weeks of my life and thousands of my own money to participate within??
I guess you deem that currency doesn’t exist to be spent, and that by tithing part of your salary to Blizzard, it makes you a better person. I hear if you buy all the cosmetics, it makes you eligible for sainthood. Just sayin’. Couldn’t hurt you to try.

Mine disappeared today, after only showing up yesterday. I only crafted two legendaries, because I was waiting on the new expansion, and now I’m mad 😡
Hey Blizzard— we super don’t care if you gave us free stuff “by mistake,” it just looks shabby to take it back from us now.

I’m so wishing I had spent much, much more of the 16,000 I got :://
