I had last 3 days 20% winrate on planty of games. Today i had like 80% with the same deck, warlock control. So it is not on you, its rng. It is always like that.
Ok, if they ignored you that's one thing. But they banned you from playing as well?
I also told them that. One thing is that if im annoyed because im asking something they do not want to answer (i was asking them to fix bug that affects my playing). But to ban me from playing game because they dont like my question...
And they still didnt apologize for that, or maybe explain to me why is it legit to ban me for something i asked support team.
Just dont complain to support team about freeze and disconnect bugs. First time i did that i was banned from playing and now, maybe thats just my view, but my winrate is about 20%. Have worst possible rng.
And if you ask me did i get any help fixing those bugs, not a single hint what it can be.
And i also have to mention that they were so rude all the time.

No shit xD Problem is that i was persistent to find out why am i losing games due to freeze or disconnect. They were saying its my fault. But after i sent them MSInfo and dxdiag files that they asked for, they just ignored me. I mean, they dont know what is the problem but constantly implying it is on my end...
