So far, the mechanic of damaging yourself during your turn proved to be too slow - even Diseased Vulture, which allows to snowball an early board, didn't have much success.
Yes, you can play this on 10 and hero power, getting a decent board and forcing your opponent to deal with your 4/12, which isn't terrible. It also isn't great against any particular strategy.
I doubt this will see much play unless a Dragon Warlock deck will be starving for dragons. Even then, I feel there are better neutral dragons available already.
Notably, this card triggers on your opponent’s turn too meaning they can’t go face without letting you go Chef Nomi on them but that hardly saves the card.
