No. It has nothing to do with Blizzard. Hearthpwn is shutting down. As a result, development of Innkeeper has ended.
I recommend you check out https://outof.cards/ . It has some of the same staff as here. They are working on bringing that up as a successor of sorts. It is in open Beta now.
