Well, this works like Mal'Ganis and Lord Jaraxxus then, since Lord Jaraxxus doesn't receive the +2/+2 from Mal'Ganis when he replaces the hero, because the text of Mal'Ganis says "YOUR other Demons".

Case closed I suppose.
