I'd recommend "Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons". For best experience try to go through it in one sitting (iirc ~4 hours), and use controller with vibration. And try to avoid spoilers on this one.
"Antichamber", "Fract OSC" for puzzle games. Not much for meaningful stories in both, but I'd still recommend them. First is designed to confuse experienced players by playing with expectations. In Second you "fix" music themes as you go through puzzles - kinda makes you smile each time you solve a complex one.
You might also like "Ori and the Blind Forest".
