I see Mid-Range decks as decks that just play the class's most valuable cards with a good mana curve. Maybe just experiment with cards that you think are good in the meta and make a deck around it. As a F2P player as well, that's usually my strategy when I don't have the dust or time to make a competitive deck or doing quests with classes i'm unfamiliar with playing.

Maybe try experimenting with some of the new, interesting WoToG cards, such as Stand Against Darkness, [A Light in the Darkness[/card], and Ragnaros, Lightlord.
