This is really weird. You actually got. the game at the right time, but it still think those cards are not found. I feel like something must have changed to the UI code, this never happend before, and cant see how it would. Ill be diving into this more on monday
I just played back-to-back games with the same deck: First time it worked properly, second time it had this issue. I haven't figured out any pattern as to what causes the issue. It happens in ranked, casual, and arena.
The problem is, both of the UI logs you both attached last look to be working perfectly. There is no bugs/errors in them.
Could you guys use the Beta version instead of the alpha, and let me know if you run into the issue in the beta version? Might help narrow it down to something that was added.
PS: I really want to thank both of you for working with us to get this fixed!

Something really strange happened today that has not happened before. I started a new game in which I was going 2nd. 2 of my card options displayed correctly on the overlay and the other 2 did not. (Picture - http://imgur.com/uuVEIhl)

Some strange things have been happening with the deck overlay, so I looked at my logs. WOW! (not world of warcraft) There are A TON of exceptions. Let me explain what's happened the past couple of days, and maybe it will help you to make some sense of the logs (or maybe not, but I'll explain anyway).
Yesterday (Wednesday) when Tavern Brawl became available, the brawl was Battle of the Builds. I built and played a few different decks for this. The decks that I built would show up in the overlay, but remained static (didn't count my cards). After a while, the brawl switched to Idols of Azeroth. I played 2 or 3 games (I think) in the new brawl. My deck from my final Battle of the Builds game continued to show during these games.
Then today, I was playing Ranked and after a few games with one deck, I switched to different one... except the deck overlay didn't switch with me; it continued to show the previous deck. After that game I went into the Innkeeper and clicked on "verify and export decks". All of the decks showed as verified. I played a few games after that, switching decks every time just to see if I could duplicate the problem, but the overlay worked properly on all of them.

trying to dig deeper, are you sure that SS matches your log? I noticed one of the bugged cards was doomsayer, but hes not showing in the UI list
