I'm thinking about disenchanting it. 5/5 for 3 is good but he kinda needs to be placed at 3rd turn and even then I'm not sure if it's worth it and you are also giving your enemy +2/2 for 2.
And if I do disenchant it, what should I craft? I have almost nothing(useful). From what I've seen Argent Commander, Defender of Argus are most popular. Should I go for them or something else that's good for most decks?
P.S.
What Legendary I should craft 1st? Sylvanas, Ysera, Ragnaros or something else?
You want instant gratifying use from King Mukkia? Not gonna happen - yet. You appear to need basic rares, I would take them over Mukkia. The ones you mention are staples for a reason.
Why is Leeroy so popular? He's like a bit cheaper Reckless Rocketeer but also summons minions who can kill him next turn.
Leeroy is a finisher. You generally only use him when you can kill the enemy hero. If you can buff him up before charging (with Power Overwhelming or something), it's a pretty big hit.
Only good if played early. I played him and totem at 5 on empty board and my opponent responded with bananaed Kor'kron elite, and the second banana lost me the game.

Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.

2 mana cheaper is a BIG difference. It allows you to combo it with other cards much more easily. It also has one additional attack

Thanks everyone for the responses. I guess I'm gonna disenchant it, at least I'll get some good rare cards that are useful in every deck.
