Evade-"Until next turn, attacks against this target have a 50% chance to do nothing."
This would be a state that could affect heroes and minions, similar to freeze. It would work both from attacking and being attacked. Retaliation damage does not trigger on evaded attacks.
The idea behind Evade is that it would give Rogues damage mitigation that thematically fits their class, a niche that armor or healing can't fill.
Here is my logic for mana pricing
(.5) mana when applied to a minion, if you think of it as Stealth with a chance 50% chance to fail, or a reverse Ogre effect.
(2) mana when applied to the Hero. I feel like this is fair because when compared to Ice-Block and Loatheb.
