After 500+ games I'm not sure about it - it's slow against Aggro and only mediocre pressure/value against Control. Definitely not unplayable Tier because it can win games (I played Corrupted Menagerie with N'Zoth, God of the Deep and Y'Shaarj, the Defiler) but replacing the package with more value oriented cards maybe improve the winrate ratio.
Dark Inquisitor Xanesh is basically a do nothing card in most matchups even if you draw her early it's just a weak play - you may get some nice discounts but it's not necessary at all*.
I don’t think it’s viable outside of some meme decks (fun but not competitive). I don’t understand why they bring in new keywords like “spell burst”, “corrupt”… etc and provide little to no support for them after their first release expansion. It’s probably been discussed somewhere but I missed it. The nerf to Dark Inquisitor really didn’t do much.
I would guess that “frenzy” will suffer the same fate when the next release happens.
I'd say the best thing about the corrupt package is ultimate clown value in the late game. The problem for priest is that they don't have a good way to corrupt them, even if you get the 2 mana discount, what 8 mana card are you playing to corrupt them? Maybe N'zoth?
I'd say that overall, regular control/value priest is a better time. Warlock does corrupt better and druid just does clowns better.
That's not to say that it can't win games, but it feels like you really need to get the right draw for everything to line up and corrupt for you to have a good time.
