I just played a game of battleground and i am not sure if what i experienced was a bug or just a feature. Situation was as followed. I picked the new Guff hero and both me and a Al'akir player did not lose the first 8-10 rounds. He was placed first, i came in second.
Now i was always under the impression that the higher ranked players where more likely to be matched up against each other, but i ended up fighting the bottom player for at least 5-6 matches in a row. By round 10'ish there where only 4 players left and this was the first time i faced up against the Al'akir player.
So my question is simple, should this be possible and is just a simple case of "RNG being RNG"? Or did something go wrong?
