Only free/basic cards deck (same with my other decks).

Deck objective: burn the opponent health while minimizing damage made to you by freezing minions.

Strategy: At early rounds, you will be using freeze to prevent attacks and at a later point to take out any strong minions your opponent might play. At the same time, you'll be protecting your windfury creatures, and making sure your SP + 1 creature can survive long enough for you to use your damaging spells.

You want to save your polymorph and direct minion damage for monsters with taunt or strong creatures, because your windfury minions will be the bulk of your damage, and essential to grant you enough speed to get the enemy low enough for your fireballs/other damaging spells to be effective at finishing the game at a later point.

Weaknesses: healing classes; weapon classes.
Facing classes like priest you will want to control the board as most as possible, making use of damaging spells on taunters to dishing the most amount of damage possible to your opponent's health. Since you only got one high cost/high damage aoe spell, you want to clear your opponent's minions as fast as possible, making use of single target spells while reserving windfury for direct health attacks.
Facing classes like warrior, since no acidic ooze is present, you want to keep the freezes on the enemy player instead of the minions as soon as he equips a weapon. By doing so, you will be able to reduce pressure against your side of the board, and keeping creatures alive long enough to make noticeable damage.
