This deck uses the Grim Patron as a midrange and board control tool. In fact, in a OTK Worgen, you need to play Inner Rage, so using Patron is another way to use those cards. One set of combo worked well for me, but don't hesitate to use Charge on other targets, A 9/2 Dr. Boom facelessed can be devastating.
