I made some kind of a mix between excavate and weapon rogue with Leeroy that works good for me. My current rank is Platinum.

Excavate and Velarok early in the game. Cutlass and Sonya to finish the game. Added Leeroy Jenkins that also works great with Shadowstep and Garona to end the game. Tess can also get you back to life if things go wrong later in the game.
