Honestly, no matter what your opponent picks you win.

Try to play Brann Bronzebeard into The Azerite Ox or excavates. Use Shield Block to draw more cards.

If your opponent bans Brann Bronzebeard, you still have OP The Azerite Ox and other cards to use. Healing and drawing is provided with Shield Block. Basically, no matter what card your opponent picks, you will still be able to excavate and you have a lot of excavates. I still haven't lost a single game in 12 rounds.
