Mulligan:

Get at least 2 time outs, more if they're playing a early otk deck like patches or mechwarper. Needs some metagame attention. Rest of cards should be crystology.

Turn 1: Crystology.

Turn 2: Hero power/double crystology/crystology + cultist if you have overflow of cultists. This will tell them what you're playing though, so do it with caution.

Turns 3: Crystology if you don't have 6-7 mogu cultists yet. If you have 8, don't be afraid to place one down to act as a bait or card relief. Time Out every turn if you have enough, it uses up cards and negates a surprise OTK or any buildup in general.

Turn 4 with coin: if you have enough mogus (8-9), you can try to bluff. put down your time out, and pretend to take a long time between either your hero power and the mogu. In the end, play the mogu. They might be tempted not to kill it, as it seems it was a last-minute decision and not planned. You can follow up next turn with the 6 other mogus needed, finishing your combo and usually leading to a concede.

Turn 4-6 without coin: Play as like Turn 3.

Then, play your combo on Turn 5 with bluff and coin, Turn 6 with bluff without coin, Turn 6 with coin, and Turn 7 without coin.

If you know your opponent has strong removal, like naturalize, it's better to concede the game early.

Bad Matchups:

Mill Druid (naturalize)

Sn1p Sn4p (combo comes too fast, usually. I do have a 100% win rate against this deck, however.)

Good Counters:

Patches

Disclock

Evolve Shaman

Any type of Giant Deck

Face Decks

Most OTK decks

Edit: It appears this deck was already posted. Well, I guess I gave it a good writeup on strategy.
