I've tried a lot of decks for this boss but this is the one that worked for me. Needed a few restarts though.

The main objective is to put out your poisonous minions, buff them, make value trades and keep them alive.

Mulligan for Stubborn Gastropod, Power Word: Shield and Shadow Word: Pain.

Use your Divine Spirits to buff Venomancers and Trogg Bloomeaters, keep them alive with Lightwells. Use Oozes to destroy Sentinel's weapons. 

Be aware of The Steel Sentinel's Brawl and Enter the Colliseum. 

In my case both me and The Steel Sentinel went to fatigue, but I've had minions on the board and was able to kill him in the end.
