I found this deck to be very effective in this weeks brawl. I only lost vs. some Frost Nova/Fireball deck. Wrecked any minion-based deck so far (including Wyrm-Missile-Mage and Murloc-Lock) and also outtempo'ed Mind Blast-Priest.

Gameplan is to hard mulligan for Ghouls. After taking first damage to the face, heal yourself and drop all those Happy Ghouls. Buff Ghouls with Power Word: Shield for refilling your hand while doing good trades or soaking up those missiles.
