Okay, so we're paying 2 more mana for a Naturalize that only gives your opponent one random card instead of two cards from their deck. In a sense, you're recombobulating an enemy minion and then sapping it, all in one card for 3 mana.
No, because if you recombobulate Dr. Boom (for example) you would sap a 7 drop. In better case, your opponet will get a bullshit like Captain's Parrot or something like that, killing the same Dr. Boom. It is better than you explained.
Sorry, I worded that badly. It's the first effect that came to mind. Come to think of it, we don't really have an effect that transforms a minion into any other minion, do we?
Ok. This card can be ridiculously strong because it's a druid card. I honestly don't think drawback matters much, unless you give the exact card the opponent needs.
I think I just came a little....that and Aviana is...idk what to say....THANK YOU BLIZZARD! :D

What is Hearthstone to you? A fun and semi-competitive game with wacky effects and crazy RNG outcomes or just a card game you wanna grind as many wins you can get as fast as possible in?

Anyone who thinks this card will see play in non-mill decks is insane.
Almost any card a person would deliberately put in their deck will be better than a random card from the game. This card will ABSOLUTELY see play in traditional Druids for that reason. Plus the only other "hard" removal druid has is Recycle and that's trash. Its not like you can put Polymorph or Execute in your Druid deck.

Basically, it's destroying a minion at the price of giving you opponent a free unstable portal with out them having to pay the mana to cast it but no discount for the minion it summons. Can be good if used wisely.
Better than naturalize. Draw 2 cards means taking 2 cards from a constructed deck carefully choosen for synergy and such. This is used to kill, preferably a powerful minion, and give a probably worse minion to the opponent's hand.
So definitely not the best hard removal, definitely one of the worst. But still it's a welcome sight for us druiuds.
Poly is so good it's not even played, definitely "the best". Wtf? Mana cost is VERY important in a hard removal because that lets you gain board advantage and tempo advantage. Paying 5 or 6 mana against a 7 mana creature only removes the creature, it does nothing for your actual board. You are still behind. 3 mana is the magic barrier where removals are great, because it's feasible to play something along.
You also have to see the card in context. Druid only lacked a decond hard removal. That was their only weakness, they are well rounded all around otherwise. This solves the problem. It's a VERY STRONG addition to any druid deck atm.
Yes Hex might be better often, but Shaman lack the tools Druid have. It's definitely not the WORST.

IMO it's amongst the worst. Yes mana cost is important. Pretty much everything on that list that's good is 4 or less. Only ones that I considered good that were more than 4 mana is Brawl at 5 and Paladin's new removal at 6.
Polymorph is undoubtably a very good hard removal, better than everything besides Hex. The fact that it's not being played in decks right now has more to do with the meta and how mage operates as a class.
But I agree with you, one of the things druid lacked was hard removal and now we have okay hard removal. If this card is good enough to be played remains to be seen. Similar to Mage with Polymorph, I think Druid has so many tools that it doesn't really need hard removal unless it's amazing.
I don't really understand why blizzard still thinks destroying a minion is better than transforming one. This is strictly worse than Hex, and here's why: no matter what your opponent gets from this, they got value. Whenever you play mulch, you 2-for-1 yourself.

Hearthstone is a math game. If you think it's overpowered, do the math, compare it to other similar cards, and then if it doesn't all add up, complain about it being overpowered.

It's like a Sap + Hex with a LOT of variance.

Best card of the expansion. Druid is a force to be reckoned with now.
Galavant Animation
This should be compared to Sap basically you pay 1 more and you can give your opponent something better or worse back.

New meta: DRUID 2015, 2016, 2017.
Warlock got rekt. RIP.
You mean like Troggzor ?
Destroy a minion. Add Lord Jaraxxus to your opponents hand.
Druid had no decent hard removal, now they have the best. Wtf Blizz. That was the only weakness of Druid... :X
What man best hard removal in the game wtf is that hype lol

Although I was hoping for a transform effect...
IMO from best to worst
Amazing Hard Removal
Shaman- Hex
Mage- Polymorph
Warrior- Execute / Shield Slam / Brawl
Workable Hard Removal
Priest- Shadow Word: Pain / Shadow Word: Death
Paladin- Equality and their new card.
Hunter- Hunter's Mark /
Better than Nothing I guess Hard Removal
Rogue- Sap / Assassinate
Druid- Mulch
Warlock- Siphon Soul

This kind of reminds me of when I used to trade toys with my friends.
"I'll give you a GoBot Bug Bite for your Transformers Optimus Prime".
That card art is pretty cool. I wonder what the gold version looks like.
Not thrilled about the whole random minion thing, but at least this is potentially viable, unlike Naturalize.
This may also help to make things like Token Druid viable, which is a plus.

I think this is like the druid version of Crush as opposed to Execute having a ciunterpart in Naturalize.
