Oh yes. the Shaman 4 mana 7/7 can go fuck itself. The Elemental Destruction + 2 mana 3/2 overload unlock combo is absolutely worthless. Now Doomhammer? Now that shit's OP.
How is doomhammer OP ? Like how. Tell me. I want to know. KAPPA. Notice me senpai. XD. Lol. ROFL.
ever heard of rockbiter?
Yes... but I asked how Doomhammer was OP ? You're afraid of 2 cards dealing 10 damage that can't bypass a taunt ? Leeroy + Power Overwhelming cost 1 - less (not counting the overload... I'll be kind, I won't add it but I could) and deals the same amount. Will you make a complaint thread for this ''combo'' ?

Doom hammer and rock biter is part of the core set and is always existed since the beggining. It was never op. It became viable with the introduction of Loe, Tunnel trogg and Finley refined the deck. Doom hammer is a great card but it is meta dependent.
It's been three days since new content came out and already people have latched on to a deck with plenty of valid counters as OP/Nerf Blizz/Blizz pls/etc. because it's just the flavor of the week. I'd like to see Blizz nerf every card immediately upon one of these salt threads until the game is nothing but vanilla minions with 1/1 for 1 and somehow people would still cry nerf pls.
I hate how simplistic some of you people are... Blah blah its not over powered if you tech have your deck to counter face shaman dur dur.
Right now shaman has the most broken curve possible, tunnel trogg is an aggro powerhouse, totem golem or coin feral spirit is insane and also buffs the trogg,on turn 4 you have a fucking 7/7 and then you follow it up with the strongest weapon in the game.
For people who don't understand, Taunts ARE NOT a counter to doomhammer w/ rockbiter. They have 6 fucking durability to blow past your taunts or deal a consistent 4 damage to your face, and don't forget the before mentioned cards, what 4 mana taunt is gonna block a 7/7 or buffed trogg???
The point here is that you shouldn't consider a deck not over powered because you can tech a few cards that slow it down. Remember miracle rogue? Yeah they had sap to deal with your taunts, shaman has earth shock (which is even stronger since they cant just replay the taunt minion next turn.)

I'd give you a response, but your username indicates that nothing I say would convince you you're wrong.
Totem golem is like coining a 3 drop a turn earlier, abusive or the new worgen or any other low drops in aggro shaman (take your pick) can easily substitute for the lack of a 3 drop and then you play Flamewreathed Faceless on turn 4. GG
If any of you care to contest my opinion, please show me a deck with a stronger curve or higher bust potential than aggro shaman. If anyone can do that then I'd be happy to agree that it doesn't need a nerf.
Nerf Feral Spirit PLX. too op and it's almost impossible to counter Feral Spirit T3 into totem golem T4 or flamewreathed T4 into Feral Spirit T5. Feral spirit makes 2 taunts that are difficult to stop on curve and only avg difficulty to stop if it's played when you have a good board or it's later in the game. while you are spluttering over the feral spirit they can put up flametongues, flamewreatheds, master of evolutions and more OP shit that can barely be stopped as you try to stop feral spirit.
You're telling us that we should develop strategies to play around cards that give us trouble? You mean to tell me that I shouldn't just throw a deck together that I think will do well, and then cry for nerfs on every card that I can't deal with? What is this notion of adding cards to my deck that answer other cards? Is that this thing called "meta" that I've heard so much about? Something about good deck building, too? I dunno, man. I like my murloc-themed hunter deck and I think that every card that makes this deck not playable should be nerfed!

If you think a simple aggro deck is "broken" I suggest you learn to play.

ITT people are saying that Doomhammer + rockbiter itself is not OP, they are not discussing Shaman decks as a whole. I'm sure most would agree Shaman is AT LEAST very strong right now with the newer cards, but that is a different topic.
I do not think Doomhammer + rockbiter is OP. In one turn it does 10 face damage, but there must be a board with no taunts. Compared to some other one turn, two card combos, it seems strong, but not OP:
Fireball + frostbolt: 6 mana, 9 damage, ignores taunts, can be buffed by spell damage
Leeroy + Power Overwhelming/Cold Blood: 7 mana, 10 damage
Doomhammer + Rockbiter: 6 mana + 2 overload, 10 damage
Then there are 2x eviscerate or 2x kill command etc...
Doomhammer does get the huge added benefit of lasting longer, but that also means time to counter with taunts (Shaman will take face damage and waste durability to get through them), Ooze and Harrison, or just preparing for the burst with heals/armor.
I think doomhammer should have been nerfed to 6 durability atleast.
Doomhammer is just not fun to play against, the moment your oponent plays it, you know your getting 16dmg to the face in the next 4 turn, if not worst. It's not fun cause they are really few things you can do about it. Unless you have taunts, freeze or something to destroy you oponent's weapon, wich most deck don't have 95% of the time.

Nerf doomhammer? SMH.
most broken card in the game right now.
Really? Southsea + Double Cold Blood + Double Eviscerate's an 18 for 7, and it's still here.

I don't see Freeze Mage or Combo Priest getting nerfed.
Both decks can 30-0 you.
