Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished
This is the list I’m going to craft day one and do some play testing with. Boomship is good for Ysera, Baku, matriarchs, and big pulls from stone hill. Makes it so you don’t have to go too heavily on the whole mech theme. Figure the the 5 I included and the random pulls from the omega card should be sufficient (top end it’s 11 mechs). Going to fiddle with silence techs if Harrison ends up not being strong or potentially another form of draw.
Sadly it wont work. First of all, you have to have both Prismatic Lenses by turn 5. Highly unlikely.
Secondly, you cant draw either of your minions prior to the combo going off. Not really a big deal, but still potentially disasterous.
The biggest problem, however is that your Prismatic Lenses will leave you with a 1 cost Skulking Geist (best case scenario, could be a 2 or 4 cost Geist if you pull the wrong spells) and a 6 cost spell that's stuck in your hand. Same goes for the Mecha'thun pull. You'll have a low cost Mecha'thun and be stuck with a 10 cost spell in hand.
Edit: Also, keep in mind that we don't yet know how secrets will interact with Mecha'thun. If there is a secret un-triggered on the field when your Mecha'thun dies, will it negate the effect? If a secret is considered a "card in play" then you're screwed there too.
Not sure if the Play Dead + Mecha'thun is legitimate game play mechanic interaction or not...
Anyways ...play like a typical spell hunter, get a Play Dead and Hemet in your hand, play Hemet to burn most of your deck, then Play Mecha'thun and next turn use Play Dead (last card that empties your hand) to trigger the Win Condition.
Technically, there are 26 cards Hemet can burn, lol. I may remove Cult Master for a 3 or less mana cost card. Obviously, this deck has some hard counters such as Skulking Geist, Silence, Polymorph, Hex etc...

Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
I want to see all the best ideas people have for the new expansion! Here's one of mine to start:
why thrall?
Favorite Cards: 1. Lord Jaraxxus | 2. Malygos| 3. Edwin VanCleef | 4. Zephrys the Great| 5. Deathwing
Wild here, but still...

P.S. you forgot to add Wild Pyromancer to the deck list.

In the works of a meme deck here...

Your play dead interaction doesn’t work, Mega’thun is still alive.

Love to hear your opinions please.
I came up with this one for Druid OTK.
