I hope I get this so I have a good reason to play shaman, if not I may craft it, the value just sounds amazing, I know I will be crafting Justicar Trueheart as I think that is most likely to be the backbone of the slower/control meta I'm anticipating
Originally thought this was way too OP, but actually on second thought it seems reasonable. You have to play 3 minions just to get a War Golem worth of stats for 6 mana, which isn't too great.
Basically this card just puts your opponent on a clock, because the longer the game drags out the more value you'll get and eventually you'll just out-value/tempo your opponent. Honestly, it might be too slow for constructed, by the time you get the value out if it you might just be dead. But in arena it's obviously insane, probably the best legendary.
Oddly enough, this doesn't affect the board at all -- it's a straight up 4/4 for 6 mana. Nothing more. You have to play minions AFTER this for it to gain any value. Now of course it's already done it's duty, all your minions are now +1/+1 better. But you still need to play them for their normal mana costs and you still need to draw them.
So now you run the risk of holding onto minions in your hand UNTIL you play this. But then if you empty your hand before this, only cards in your deck are buffed.
Good card for a shaman control, but don't forget that it's a tempo loss on turn 6, so if you are behind at this point of the game it might just be the last nail in your coffin.
But i am glad to see cards that will surely shake the meta.
The fact that shaman has cards like al'akir and neptulon and any other big body that can now be added have been buffed, and he can come out relatively cheap and can reincarnated with one of the shaman's card is sick. I see a lot of upside to this card, while being 4 damage which helps him avoid shadow words in priest which I feel is going to have a strong presence after tgt.
Reincarnate doesn't trigger battlecries again. This could possibly make mech shaman a thing, since you can bounce him back to your hand with spare parts.
This does have totem synergy though, it actually is AMAZING in totem decks.
Even though your hero power totems can't get the buff, All other totems in your deck will.
Meaning that mana tide, flametongue and vitality totem get that buff, and having 1/4 with those awesome effects that those totems bring is pretty insane.
It's just pretty good because it buffs all of your minions in your deck, and who wouldn't want that? It's pretty sweet.

For this card to work, shaman needs very good card draw so if decks with 2 mana tide totem get to work, this will be amazing.But currently it sucks.

The problem is that Shaman doesn't have the draw to support emperor, this card will have limited value :\

It's a card you don't even need to think about. Play and win. Immediate (and huge) value.
You can even bolster it with the brewmasters, then it becomes even sillier. Your whole deck buffed to +2/+2... (how that sounds,Demonfuse?)
