It's a little blurred but its a 2 mana 2/2 with deathrattle into 6 mana 6/6 with deathrattle into a 10 mana 10/10.
So basically a creature card that can be summoned three times. It's cool in practice. If meta changes away from Pirate aggro and decks that attempt to play their hands quickly then would consider this.
Amazing control card. I think it will find a place in any control mage deck as it provides amazing value and it's a card that scales well into the late game.
N'Zoth Greed Mage is all I see in this card. Unless we get more deathrattle synergy, I'm just gonna say "Playable". Certainly can't see play in an aggro meta.
It does help with the curve, and that has its price. Other than that, nothing special, it does not deserve the legendary tag imo. It looks like they are trying to push Mage to use a bit more minions.
Tempowise it's weak, but I wouldn't call it bad. It's a control card, that allows you to build your deck a little bit differently, allows you to put a little bit more removal spells and acts as a curving out win condition in some sorts. Quite interesting card.
Did people miss the new "Elemental" tribe? That means that this card will have synergies. Only 4 cards have been revealed so far. Personally, I believe that this card will show some real potential after more cards are announced.
Should work well with N'Zoth, the Corruptor, but honestly the card might be too slow...
EDIT: Although, as a plus it could help with curving as if you play it on 2 you will have a turn 6 play, which can be nice (even if both the turn 2 and 6 are sub-optimal)
2 mana 2/2 with an effect is considered 'bad'. We already have a 10 mana 10/10 that's considered worthless. A 6 mana 6/6 isn't that useful in any meta.
It's just a bad card. Though note that it's one of the first reveals of an expansion. We tend to see the worst cards in the set show up at the announcement. I cringed HARD when they said "mage legendary" being shown off now as I knew it would be bad and...there we go.

Not sure if hyped yet.
The N'Zoth Value!

Very slow card, but a VERY cool one as well.

That card was on hearthcards.net for months now, still a good one nonetheless :D

I think this card is just ok. It gives mage a bit more room to pack spells into the deck.

Wait a second. If this dies twice as a 2/2 and a 6/6, does it mean that N'zoth brings both of them back?

Might see play in Wild or if we get good deathrattle/Elemental tribe synergy.

If mage gets a deathrattle quest like priest this would be huge in a new sort of control mage (Quest mage?).
