to everyone who's still convinced that "pick one" is better than "get all 3 fucking options" wake up! that's how powerful the illusion of choice is ... cuz we feel so safe and secure knowing we pointed the finger, pressed the button, but it rly doesn't mean anything.
and so it is with this example: conjurer gives the body, i agree, but ANYONE who says the selected spell is better than simply having all three just isn't following ...
... the game and probably their surroundings as well :-/
Well it comes down to what you value more, 2 more random spells or a 6/3 body. It's not that complicated.
On pure comparison Arcane Intellect is more efficient but this card doesn't draw from your deck but cheats more cards into your deck. Basically you are getting access to cards you wouldn't have before so this is more like "Add two more cards to your deck and put them into your hand." which also then circumvents the limit of 2 cards per deck giving you access to a third frostbolt/fireball/whatever else you could want.
I've read through all comments here and have to say that in my opinion, many people just don't really get it.
You cannot play this in either tempo or freeze mage.
Also many people are calling it unusable crap. But they have to realize the effect isn't as random as they think.
There are 26 Mage spells so drawing exactly what you need is 11%. Now bear with me here I'm not saying that it is necessarily good. However if you in reno- or fatigue mage will find the time to play this it's not terrible.
Technically a worse Nourish + it's random. Not sure about it. Might see some play in some very slow control decks and even then Ethereal Conjurer is probably better.
Yes, it's random, but mage's spells are amazing (most of them) so probably you'll get cool things! As you say it will be played in control mages, because it's not the best card you can play on turn 5 if you're playing a tempo or aggresive deck ...
Nefarian and other Burgle against mage just got a tiny bit more interesting.
Not sure if hyped yet.
I see people claiming that it's a really good Reno mage card.
Indeed.
But what's reno mage without freaking Duplicate or Echo of Medivh, seriously?
I have a penchant for slow card draw that does nothing. I'll be playing the utter hell out of this one :D
Howdy! [cardimg=gold ]Card Name[ /cardimg] (no space)
Hey, how's it going?
What's poppin,' player?
I will love thoughsteal that.
"Hey Pal, Trade Prince Gallywix here!"

Really, really, really, really good for Reno Mage
This card is simply one of the most powerful cards in the game so far
That is what you call value! Seems pretty broken for arena.

imagine that you will get 2 Fireballs and a Pyroblast or 3 Pyroblast or 3 Ice Blocks
any card can win for you the game if you play it at the right time
I think it's more a value card than a tempo one. So i think it could see play in a grinder/value mage, but not in a tempo deck.
Why not both
And obviously this will always grab a copy of itself for infinite value. Sorry, Tentacles for Arms!

I'm not good at poetry

As a person who loves value Mage decks, I find this to be a welcome addition to the game.
