1-The original Deathwing destoys your hand, and enemy/firendly minions, it's a really risky play. Playing a 10 mana 12/12 with that hability still risky against polimorphs/hexx but at least you don't lose the game.
2-If it's silenced is not a big deal, still a 12/12, and on your next turns you can go on playing dragons.
3-Nearly every single card is vulnerable to polymorph's, hexxes, peacekeppers or freezing, but you should threaten your enemy with smaller minions to make him waste those spells.
4- Not playing them would let you spend your mana casting control spells for clearing board, for example.
5 - [card]Big Game Hunter[/card] is going to be nerfed, so we'll have to come back
Yes, but having an auchenai with 1 health can be really really convinient, because if the enemy plays a 5 health minion you can trade + hero hability, if he wants to remove it there are very few spells that remove it efficiently (counting also on the probability of having them). So it's kind of worth to spend 2 more mana with that combo.
But I agree, it may be a really usefull combo piece, I didn't think about it, thanks dude :)
Yes yes, I understand that, but that's the point, you're paying 2 more and you'll have the permanent effect and a 3/5 minion on board, I think it's much better than this spell, it's a card less in your hand, literally
Well ... I think the effect can be ignored for two main reasons: 1: It will be difficult to trigger it 2: even if this triggers the token is vulnerable to polymorphs and things like that. Now the question is, a 9/9 for 9 mana is good? I'd say that in general no, if you play something on turn 9 that should have a big impact on the board.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to see this card in trolden xD

I'd love to see deathrattle shaman after this expansion, I don't know if it will be a good deck but I'm sure it's going to be fun!

It's not what you'd expect for 9 mana ...
1
I really want to see Yogg-Saron, the old god, the responsible of the curse of the flesh polymorfing himself.
Great

If it cast a fireball it could target you instead of the opponent, and the same for nearly all the damage spells, I think it's quite dissapointing
