Encourages experimentation and new design strategies. Keep it in hand as a dragon activator until playing it with combos, or play it on curve with the looming threat of it getting buffed, drawing out removal and clearing the way for bigger threats.
I like it. Whether it finds a long-term spot or not, this is a nicely designed card.
Powerful in Paladins. Consort, next turn drop this something like Seal of Champions. 5/8 divine shield. Start of your turn a 10/8. Game over if it's not dealt with in one more turn...

I think overall it's not good enough. By the time you are able to attack with it, it is still just a 4/8 which it really not even as good as a orgefistbrute. The only time this card is good, is when the board is already empty.
Interesting card. It's slow, cost and ramp up, but otherwise it has a cool effect that can get out of hand quickly. It has a big butt and has dragon synergy. I like it.
Weak to silence....slow.....weak to priest......boring effect....Is Blizz really running out of ideas already? What a waste of cool looking art.
The value of this Dragon is to serve as a decoy so you can lure the bigger hard removal spells away from Ysera, Chillmaw, Alexstrasa, and Chromaggus, among others, in Dragon Priest. The low attack and high health are indications that it is meant to be used in Dragon Priest.
And it's kind of stupid that you make the assumption that Blizzard is running out of ideas, since this card utilizes a first of it's kind effect in doubling it's own attack.

Yeah when I first saw this card I thought Paladin, I think it will be mostly used in pally decks and maybe in some Dragon warrior. We haven't seen all the cards yet so there may be other classes that will find it useful.
Anyways you are right with the trolden reference, I'm glad we will still get some Trolden clips even without Shredder and Unstable Portal RNG.
Anyone who says this card is extremely narrow sighted. People said Mysterious Challenger would be shit as Pally Secrets are "bad." Little did we know, Dr. 6 would take over the format.
This card is 100% a build-around or limited class specific card (looking rogue or priest right now).
So many greedy people who want D-Boom or Shredder level of card power......set hasn't even been fully revealed and I see at least a dozen replies to every card shown that WoG is "weak" or another "TGT" fail.
Stop it. Blizzard screwed up with the power level of Naxx and GVG and they know it.
...doesn't feel like it should be an epic. anyway, 6 cost with 8 health, likely it will survive and on your opponents turn it will be a 4/8, assuming they didn't kill it. 6 cost 4/8 is meh stat wise but if you manage to last 1 more turn, you get an 8/8 minion...but how likely will this even last to a point where it gets to 8/8?
Rarity has nothing to do with stats or raw power. This card is exactly what an epic card is supposed to be -- not super powerful on the surface, but capable of changing the game if played in the right situation or in combination with the right cards.
This plus Inner Fire on turn 7 means this is a 16/8 on turn 8 if they can't deal with it in Priest...of course priest would need to find a way to add both in a dragon deck in the first place...
might be too slow in standard if aggro and aggressive decks are still popular. Along with this card doesn't seem worth it if there isn't a buff on him in most cases...
For this to actually be good you need it to survive at least 2 turns or play it with some kind of buff. Otherwise its just worse than Feugen. If this had 3 attack or buffed itself at the end of your turn I think it would be really good. As it stands I'm unsure of what kind of deck would want this card.

OTK Dragon priest seems like a really good fit

I really like this card. Also this card provides a perfect example for why Blizz will nerf Master of Disguise

Looks really cool, doubt it'll be viable in ranked though
Shaku, the Collector gave me the Plague
Nice card!
*Turn 6, drop this and pass*
*Cabal Shadow Priest*

If Meta slows down, this will see play. Not bad.
It bugs me that it isn't a hydra... I play too much Mtg :P
