Looks like Dragon Priest gets another weapon. This is more than likely going to be used as a decoy to try to lure removal spells away from high value targets like Chromaggus, Ysera, Chillmaw and Alexstrasa, because it can be more dangerous than those four if it's not dealt with. The high health SCREAMS Priest.
Could also synergize with the new yet unreleased Deathwing Kibler will reveal eventually. I like this card, for an epic in a dragon inspired deck it could see some play. I would immediately play this over Volcanic Drake at a 6 mana dragon option for neutral.

The issue is that Volcanic drake isn't really a 6 mana dragon.
Soooo when it's able to attack it's a 6 mana 4/8 which kinda rubbish, but if your opponent cant deal with it then they just lose because it gets outta control kinda like Kvaldir Raider. It also seems reminiscent of of Shade of Naxxramas in the way it slows gets more powerful
I think Dragon Priest may be strong in new meta and this new guy fits perfectly in the 6 spot replacing Lightbomb. Defender of Argus might be a nice addition too (in place of another 4 drop such as the dragonkin sorcerer), to taunt this guy and the 3/3/4 or 3/3/5 drops. Velen's Chosen is gonna be highly missed, though, as now we'll have a harder time keeping up with opponent's efficient minions on curve (i.e. C'Thun followers).
The fact that it doubles at the start of your turn and not the end is good. That means that the first turn your opponent takes after this is played, it can't be shadow word deathed, and the second turn the opponent takes it can't be BGH'ed.

Road to Golden Hunter 500/500 (FYI I used Midrange not Smorc)
It's likely to be what wins or loses the match whenever it's played. A 2/8 is ridiculously slow when played as your turn 6 (needs to compete with Sylvannas) and could enable your opponent to win tempo if the boards are equal or close. At the same time, if the opponent can't clear it, then they're quickly screwed.

Never assume my tone is anger. I honestly don't know what that emotion feels like, and at this point I don't want to.
This card is by no means should be dropped on curve. You use this with Blessing of Might, Lance Carrier or freaking Seal of Champions, hello 8/8 or better next turn. And if it won't be removed, hello 16/8. IMHO slow, vulnerable to too many cheap removals, but has a great combo potential. Kind of a self-growing Gahz'rilla for one less mana, one less HP and 2 more turns to accelerate.
Still probably won't see play. Even if meta would go to control, that would mean enough removals for everything, and this is at best a 8/8 in two turns, or a two-card play that just asks you to 2-for-1 it.

Dragon Priest wins
This card would be OP in a midrange Dragon Pally that has buffs. 5 mana drake, into a 4mana nightmare drake into a 1 or 3 or 4 mana buff
Shadow Word: Pain my six drop? Nah, I'm good.
Something witty.
Pretty Epic.

Damn you snowboarders!

Take a look at mine, pretty good and fun:
Lends some credence to the Master of Disguise nerf, as others have already pointed out.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
Maybe... nah nah nah nah

Good
turn 10 this + blessing of kings
its a 6-12 thats out of bgh range that becomes a 12/ (hp left over)
pretty derp
Wow what an epic...fail
Weak to silence....slow.....weak to priest......boring effect....Is Blizz really running out of ideas already? What a waste of cool looking art.
This card is a win in my book. It has such a high ceiling that it almost warrants deck creation by itself. Any card like that I am happy to see.
Dragon decks need more class-specific Dragons.
Needs combo with other cards to be playable.
Interesting card, sure, but might be too slow :/

There is a lot of steak here...
