I like Elemental Shaman a lot...it's good in my opinion, but Shaman's no longer SUPER OP!!!111!!! I guess...which is good cause I can feel cool about playing Shaman again. B0)
The token aggro deck is doing really nicely against the anti-rogue field. Fuck you, Rexxxar!
No, Rogue is the real enemy of fun and interactive games. I shouldn't have to deal with a 3 mana 12/12 minion. Or 1 mana 5/5s with charge. As they say, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. I gladly welcome my Hunter allies with open arms. I say let the Rogues suffer...
I will definitely try out flood Shaman though, it looks fun.

I'm cool with rogues. Play your massive Edwin. I'll just Hex or Earth Shock that for you. Concede button's up there on the right.
I'm also heavily biased, since Rogue's my third class. Malygos miracle is a blast (in wild, now), if way too slow most of the time. The quest is fun too, for a few games, but I wouldn't want to grind with it.
Hunter... Well, let's just say that's the last gold portrait I'll be getting. I can taste their frustration and rage when I play Bloodlust and remind them why the good classes run AOE and kill totems.
I love that murloc totem. I have a golden one. It makes adorable, little golden murlocs that enjoy standing next to Flametongues and causing problems.
Shaman is one of those classes I keep to have fun with, but am completely unwilling to fork over the dust for Kali or Aya or what have you. I will say that I've been having an okay time playing an unoptimized Spirit Echo/Elemental Shaman without any of the Epic elementals (got double Echo on launch day), so there is that.

I had a lot success with a Jade heavy Shaman list until I didn't. Felt like something was there.
If you got the 5/5 Jades on the board quick you could keep up with Quest Rogue. Getting put to 9/9 at least can go the distance with Quest Warrior, obviously you have one of the best hero powers against them. Enough taunts to stabilize against aggro usually.
It feels like it has a 55% chance against every deck if it draws well. Haven't played it since the meta refined. Still trying to figure it out though.
Acolyte of Pain is good I think. Thought maybe a firefly and Kalimos. It is a little kinky.
If I were you I would cut the two Tol'Vir Stoneshapers and add 2 Fire PLume Phoenix. I LOVE Phoenix! Potential Tempo swing and a 4 drop elemental for Servant of Kalimos.
AWESOME! GRRATZ! I don't get why Shaman is Tier 2 or even 3 on some lists and everyone says its horrible now. I have great luck with my Jadeish Elemental deck, it seems decently strong.
Thanks! Yeah, no one is playing Shaman right now for some reason, but I found it to be super strong. Most of the top played decks, elemental shaman did great against. I crush Hunter and Pirate, and I can consistently beat Murloc Pally! Only decks I had some struggle with was Quest Rogue, but even with them I still had a 50% win percentage.
I'm having some fun with elemental shaman as well but am really looking for some optimized Ancestral Spirit/Crusher lists. I'm currently playing one of my own that I'm unsure about as there's so many different cards that could be used in this archetype. Dirty Rat, Hungry Crab, Golakka Crawler, Eater of Secrets and The Black Knight are all different tech cards that could see play while we have varying levels of AOE, healing and taunts that all have some level of viability. Do we go for more combos with Far Sight and Spirit Echo? Or more taunts with Faceless Shambler? I'd love to see what other people are running as well.
After a loooooooooooooooooong reign of terror with enough broken cards to make a 60 cards deck is just ok shaman don't be tier 1 for a season.
The 11 games in a row vs midrange shaman still fresh in my memory.
i can beat that record, 17 games in a row, against mech mage IN CASUAL back in the gvg era when the deck was tier1.
I played 14 pirate warrior bots in wild casual just last week. one of them must have crashed for me to end up with a non pirate warrior for game 15. went 13-1 tho which was pretty nice. easy gold farming bots
Yeah, I've got to agree with the sentiment that straight up Elemental, Jade or Murloc decks seem awfully boring. I wanted to use the quest but the idea of just throwing a bunch of murlocs in wasn't all that appealing. I ended up with this and it's been a lot of fun, not to mention that it's been doing very well too.
I have barely played as Thrall since Un'goro launched. Murloc and Elemental both seem pretty dull. Am I misreading the situation?
There's stuff I'd rather craft than Unite the Murlocs or Kalimos. Might as well work on some golden portraits.
Is it time for Thrall to head over to wild? I have been eying Neptulon for a while. How is Evolve in wild? Nep turns into an 8, so that ain't too shabby.
Elemental decks are pretty good, specialy against aggro and can be good in usure war.
I play this and have a good success (except against Quest Rogue if i don't have a very strong start, but they are broken so...):

Check out my fun and innovative decks here:
Beat your opponent to a pulp with Revenant Warrior or outlast them with Demon Reno Warlock.

I can't look at this deck without seeing Argent Squire and Aya smoking cigarettes in black and white.

Yeah my deck is similar and I don't know why everyone says Shaman is shit now because I think they are top of Tier 2 at least.
Here is my list I think I am gonna take a flametonge out for a jinyu.

Just got to Legend with this deck. It's an Elemental Shaman and is pretty strong against most of the heavier played decks in the meta.

Only shit class is warlock, this show how much OP are broken and how much the class need that card.
All other classes have a least a Tier 2 deck, any complain is just unjustified salty.

I ponied up for Kalimos. Elementals, here I come!
I figure we'll continue getting useful ones in new sets, so it won't be as instantly stagnant as jade.
Art for the minions looks pretty samey (rock guy, fire guy, etc.), but I will learn to live with it.
I don't have Kalimos and out of dust, because of this I playing with jades and Echo:
Play in rank 3, shaman is far from shit.
I suggest you play a pure jade shaman along with taunts, heals and bloodlust. Build a board and go for the kill. It's working pretty well for me.
With all the draw, heals, buffs, removal, board clears, direct damage, how will you people tough it out?
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.

I've been messing around with Pure Jade Shaman since the start of Un'Goro.
It finally feels REALLY solid. Try this deck.
