Malygos is a waste on this deck because you don't have spells that can combo with it in one turn. 90% of the time Malygos dies when he's on board or else the game is lost already!

If you are trying to combo Malygos with mind blast then Prophet Velen would be a better choice!

You don't need Emperor to hit both Malygos and Mind Blast for the combo!

You could use Emperor on 1 or 2 Mind Blast and you could do a 20dmg combo with Prophet Velen which is more likely than Emperor on 2 Mind Blasts AND Malygos.

I would replacement Malygos with Prophet Velen because you have enough dragons!

How about matchups?

Not every player knows how to master a Freeze Mage or Patron Warrior deck.

 Trial and error my friend, trial and error.  My statement still stands, if you can't figure out Patron or Freeze mage then don't play it. Not everybody needs their hand held like a child.

We will never require that people write guides for decks they submit here, that isn't what the site is about. Our deckbuilder and deck save feature can be used for a variety of reasons, and decks which don't include guides aren't typically legitimately upvoted. Sometimes people do upvote decks that don't have guides from their favourite authors, but I'm not sure how common that is.

Now, what we do require though is if people want to ask for upvotes on their deck, they must include some form of a guide. If you want to ask for upvotes before you write a huge guide, thats completely fine with us but you must include at least some kind of starter content.  A couple of paragraphs talking about some aspect of the deck that isn't about winrate or how much you enjoy playing it is good enough. Some examples:

• Mulligans
• Card swaps
• Details on a single match-up
• Matchup strengths.

Doesn't have to be a full guide, think of it like a teaser.

People that don't follow this rule will see their deck descriptions edited and they will receive a pm from the mod team telling them about the rule. Further rule breaking from that person can result in a larger punishment but I've yet to see people who don't comply.

If you see people breaking the rule, feel free to send me a private message, OR, better yet, report their user profile and include a link to the deck so we can review it. I know we can't report decks directly.. I'd like to see us implement that one day.. but user profile works great ;)

Do keep in mind though that a basic guide is just that. TL;DR: No guide, no asking for upvotes, it's that simple.

I'm don't know if people have already made a thread about this.

I'm alright with deck creators copying decklists off other people(changing 1 card) and claiming it their own but at least they could write up a mulligan guide or matchup guide.

We have deck creators thirsty for upvotes holding mulligan/matchup/replacement guides hostage. Now this site is inflated with the same decklist and no guides. 

I hope mods on this site can at least discuss this problem.
