Every other season my w/r has been 55-70%. This season my w/r has been about 1-2%. I've lost the majority of any sort of roll this season. Even if I have 80% chance to win the roll, I will still lose that roll. I can make my opponent discard 6/10 cards, and 100% of time they will be left with their 4 combo pieces and discard only the non-needed cards.
Someone somwhere has placed a curse on my HS account XDD
Literally after the last xpac, the best bet is pray to rng. 99% of my games were won/lost due to rng, this is the first xpac I've started just playing the game in the background while doing other stuff. Most of the time the cards I play have no bearing on the outcome of the game.
Inb4 the blizzard defenders say 500 games is no where near enough for true randomness ;)
I hate darkest hour, when I play warlocks they ALWAYS have the combo turn 4, and I'm ALWAYS facing down turn 4 malganis - 2 voidlords - 2 doomguards. I made the deck, I didn't even get the combo once in 23 games.
Its winrate against all warrior decks is abysmal AND it's unfavored against tempo rogue.
I highly doubt it.
but it eats token druid and most people are playing that. seriously go and look at the winrates. most popular deck has a 67% winrate at the minute.
I could be wrong, but it seems to be doing really well. it could just be mostly feeding on druid, but the fact remains it's killing it.
I've only faced 1 token druid in the last 40 something games I've played, and I easily trounced it with a control deck. Not sure where people are seeing this high token druid played, but my friends at all of the different zones (20-15, 15-10, 10-5, 5-legend) haven't been seeing much token druid either.
Actually zoo is quite easy for this deck to win against. I'd say control is by far the biggest counter to this deck. For zoo you simply just out aggro them (while making smart trades) and there isn't much they can do.
I easily trounce this deck with any control deck, possibly you have been simply lucky in not facing control. I find it more funny, hilarious infact, that people blame legitimate concerns about the large amount of rng in this game, on people's skill.
Okay, it's my poor skill at this game I rolled the dice and got a 1 instead of a 6. There is some skill in this game, but a lot of it is pure good old rng.
By the way, even tier 4 decks have reached legend, that has not merit on how good a deck is. I once literally had someone pick random cards (who didn't play HS or any card games) and I ranked up 7 levels due to the fact my opponents had the worst draws imaginable.
I would argue that 65% of wins/losses in HS are mostly attributed to rng, 15% due to a mix of both skill/rng, and 20% due to mostly skill.
I've noticed HS replay has been quite far behind. While my opponent plays token druid, I quite easily win with any sort of control deck. When I was playing with token druid, I kept getting trounced by any sort of control deck.
Maybe the control decks losing simply don't know how to play control? It's quite simple, if you keep clearing the token druid's board, they can't win.
I am literally the unluckiest player ever this season. Last season my w/r was in the 70's, this season it's about 5%. Every game, if you can think of a low roll, I will 100% of the time get that low roll. If you can think of a high roll, my opponent is guaranteed to get that high roll. I've had numerous people now watch my games because they say I just suck and rng has nothing to do with it. At the end, they all say "wow you actually are incredibly unlucky". One of my games my opponent top decked the EXACT card that was needed to counter my board, if he had of missed any of those 12 cards, or drawn them in a different order, game would have been mine. Last game mage drew Frost Nova into Frost Nova into Blizzard into Blizzard into 4 7/8's with taunt summoned randomly.
The worst part of it all, is whenever I get a friend request it's always to ask how it felt for them to have their way with me, asking if I needed any cream for my rear-end. The even worser part is blizzard doesn't care about even threats sent from one player to another.
This is supposed to be a kids game, but I be the actual number of children (other than those acting like children) is probably less than 1%.
I used to love HS for all of it's crazy interactions, but when every last flip in hundreds of games is the worst result for you, and the community acts like garbage, the game loses every ounce of fun, and I wish I could quit the game and get back every last penny I sunk into this game.
Inb4 someone replies with I just suck at the game and to stop blaming rng :D
Seems half the people are facing mostly control and having insane value with the deck, other half are facing mostly aggro and just dying before they can do anything. I've always found match making interesting, in the fact even at the same rank some people will only face aggro, and others will only face control.
Unfortunately a lot of decks are rng reliatant such at this one. You either get the combo and virtually always win, or you don't and you've got one hell of an uphill battle.
Imo it's terrible for the meta, it sucks to lose to a coin flip, and imo it sucks having to play a deck where your basically relying to win a coin flip.
I'm glad everyone thinks this deck is OP, I play any type of control deck and I can beat token druid blind folded :D too bad I only face token druid maybe 1 in 15 matches at best? Pretty sure this deck was tier 1 a few days ago, but surely not anymore.
He's moving to wild next year anyways, which would be the time of next HoF. I don't think he should HoF'd however, I only think when cards are so good that it's the only deck played, that's when a card should bf HoF'd, to answer your question.
With over 30 matches with this, I've only got to play barnes 1 of those games, each game I've hard mulliganed for him. I have positive w/r at this point, and that's with insanely bad rng. Unfortunately, the rng is just too impossible to overcome every one of my rank 11 4 star matches. Literally each of those games, I have not a single card I can play by 6, and that's after teching in a bunch of early game removal.
I swear I have some sort of curse put on my account, I've had 3 players spectate to try coach me, they all end up with "Wow you are incredibly unlucky".

Not the greatest deck, or I'm extremely unlucky. Most games I have no play by 6 and I'm just dead.
