I've been experimentimg with cho in my zoo decks recently. I've found him to be an asset, as it makes your opponent make very awkward choices while trying to play around him. :)

Confirmed: everyone will hate the new zoo meta: Lorewalker Cho + Loatheb + (obvious addition) Milhouse Manastorm
seeing soulfire turn 3 on an opponents minion, after developing your board, as a winning play, i don't see why you want to play cho. it heavily disrupts one of your best moves, as you don't want to give your opponent soulfire. also cho can't attack or block himself. shieldbearer seems so much better for 1 less mana.

Edit: Hilarious Meta Shift
You mean from a ton of Zoo too even more Zoo?. Yeah really nice meta shift.

Most of the times Cho can be buffed, and also taunt enabled. However, I run Shieldbearer also.
I tried it ( Got a golden one in a pack). Zoo relies on having a steady stream of offensive creatures to kill. Most of the time, when you have Cho in hand, you wish you'd had another minion with more punch in hand. Since you want to go face most of the time, your opponent has no trouble disposing of him with his own minions without even using a spell ( unless you protect him - wich is a waste).
And even if your opponent gives you spells, it's on his own terms. And when you have them in hand, when you play zoo, you still prefer to play your creatures to kill, and if you play the spells, you'll give them back to your opponent if you still have Cho on the board. Since he doesn't have any strength, you can't even attack to sacrifice him before playing the spells.
(So I disenchanted the golden cho into Ysera.)
Well, I found Lorewalker Cho today, but i keep it because it's not golden. If it were golden, I would have insta-DE it for something else, like you did. But disenchanting a legendary, especially now that Naxx is coming, could be a bad idea (maybe milling decks will become viable?). Also I don't need 400 dust, for now.

sure he can be buffed but he doesnt have taunt, minions can still smack past it if its a good play, not so with shieldbearer. i mean people in this thread area arguing that cho is a must kill minion for your opponent. shield bearer is the same and costs one less. also he doesn't disrupt your best play.
I had a Zoo player play one against my Handlock and give me a Soulfire 3 turns later. I ended up needing to give him back the Soulfire and a Shadowflame, but what's zoo going to do with Shadowflame? I don't think it's good. Funny, but not good.
Mostly because its a budget deck, and Cho is a legendary. Kinda defeats part of the purpose in running it in a Zoo deck unless you were lucky enough to pull it in a pack, not that many people running the Zoo deck have Cho.

It is not obliged to be a budget deck; imho, if someone has the cards to improve the deck, they should do it. Finding new strategies is surely better than copying the deck online.
Why does no one uses it in Zoo decks? I find that it is really useful as spell magnet, while giving you copies of that spells.
Also, makes playing Zoo really fun.

Not a good idea running Cho in mage :) But in zoo seems a very good idea: imagine zoo with Cho and Loatheb. New meta. Period.

I'm also a bit surprised that I never see it in zoo. Free extra spells can be pretty huge as zoolock, I imagine.
And a lot of times the opponent makes stupid moves, like with Sylvanas I suppose.

I don't like Cho in Zoo.
It's a tempo loss, and just bad if they're somewhat fast and can kill it w/o a spell.
Also, are you going to Frost Nova Freeze Mage? :P
Unless explicitly stated, my posts are my opinion and mine only.
