The librarian isn't that big a threat, but, played at the right time, it can make your opponent choose between giving you a free Silence and making a suboptimal play. The other two are sources of Sap for Rogues. The first one is symmetric with your opponent, but would be really good in mill where they really don't want you to be able to play your minions again. The last one is simpler and punny. Also, he's covering his face so that you can't see him. He thinks that's how you Stealth. He just wants to be a Rogue!
Currently all cards that generate collectable spells have semi colons around them. Furthermore they say "Spell", after the name of the spell to indicate it's a spell.
I like the Rogue Treant. Although Rogue used as an Adjective means something different than what i think you were intending for this card. Currently this indicates an untrustworthy or unpredictable treant, which makes little sense.
I intended it to have a double meaning. The primary meaning here is not "untrustworthy" but someone who has abandoned their organization, abandoned a plan, etc. (i.e., "gone rogue"), which explains why the Treant is a Rogue and not a Druid card (it abandoned Druid to go on its own path). The secondary meaning is having to do with the Rogue class.
I guess. It just kinda feels wrong to me still.
Also the name that you partially suggested is better imo. "Treant Gone Rogue".

Rogue Treant means exactly the same thing as Treant Gone Rogue, but is the more common way of saying that phrase, and more concise to boot. This isn't an obscure usage of the word Rogue. Imagine the following line in a spy move:
"We've got a rogue agent!"
"We've got an agent gone rogue!"
If you think the bottom one sounds better, then I'm really befuddled.
Interesting concept. But something is throwing me off an I am not sure what. The stats seem kind of random to me, but it also seems balanced. The flavor seems a bit off as well. Ether the art needs to change to match the name more, or the name needs to change to match the art. And I feel it would be more suited as a common or a rare. Sorry if my info is kinda vague.
There is a reason that Treachery costs three mana at the moment. Getting a 1/1 and basically infinite casts of the card seems a little crazy for 1 mana. Unless you are giving the 1/1 to your opponent as well. In that case I think it would be interesting if the card had REALLY good stats for its cost, so that your giving your opponent a really good minion, along with whatever crap you want to give them as well. Should also be a demon.
Ultramancer is a weird card, and I am not a big fan at all, even if it's a meme card. Owlkin Hatchling I like though. I have always been a fan of Moonfire, and the Wisp could come in handy for a buff deck. It also feels like a card blizzard would actually print. Compliments aside, I think the card does not have much wow factor, and I have seen cards that generate moonfire a ton of times over the course of many competitions. And I think you should try some more options before going all the way with the card.
I understand what you are going for. A really powerful Lore Character card with a powerful lore related effect. Looking beyond that, this card has a ton of issues. Firstly, There should never be a card that requires other legendary minions to be in your deck. Imagine how a free to play player would feel about unpacking this card without owning any of those other legendaries.
As for what the card actually does, it's too complicated. While I like cards that encourage building your deck a certain way, But Seal cards are way too complicated. Each 'Seal' card should have only two lines of text, as opposed to the four lines you have now. I like that the card gets cheaper the more seals you play. But that text is seriously cluttering the cards, and anyone not invested in the lore is not going to have the patience to read and process all of them.
I would simplify the card massively, Roll with the Dragon Aspect them, or the Seal theme, but not both. Here is a potential redesign that is both lore friendly and simpler. "Cost's two less for each dragon you have played this game. Battlecry: Discover a legendary dragon." Or "Battle cry: Shuffle 6 seals into your deck" And change the seals to 5 mana "Summon Malygos. Add the last spell you played to your hand". I don't want these recommended designs to influence you too much, but hopefully they are a good starting point for your card's design. Good luck and have fun!
And now lastly I have reworked my card slightly and I would like some feedback on which version is more balanced.
For balancing purposes. I am comparing the card to Ironbeak Owl and Spellbreaker. Seeing as while the card does in fact transform a minion, the minion still has rather high stats Evil Heckler, and is not a useless 1/1 like most transform effects. So it's closer to silencing a minion, especially if you don't have an answer to the Heckler. That said the card has effects that separate it from the two previous cards.
-It can be used defensively to transform one of your minions into a 5/4 taunt. Not bad at all. In this case the card is more powerful at 3 mana. Due to it's more flexible early game use against aggro.
-At 3 mana this card plays much nicer with cards like The Black Knight as well as other removals. Which concerns me actually because the card might be to easy to combo at a lower mana cost.
-At 4 mana the card trades with the Heckler. And has some actually decent offenses. I am just afraid that at 4 mana the card loses it's defensive value.
-The card is a bit more fair at 4 mana because while Evil Heckler has a decent sized body, it is much preferable to dealing with a Deathwing. See Pre-nerf Tinkmaster Overspark for how OP that can be at three mana.
-Speaking of the Tinkmaster, I don't want the card's effect to be random because that would make the card terrible in my opinion
-I don't want the card to cost more than 4 mana simply for flavor. Jerry is a crappy stand up comedian, not a badass hero with epic power.
Preparing for Battle is kinda like a rouge mini Ultimate infeastation.
"Perperation" is misspelled (should be "Preparation"). All the effects should be in separate sentences too, like Ultimate Infestation. Owlkin Hatchling strikes me as either the Saplings option of Living Roots or an Elven Archer with spell synergy which usually makes it better. It's balanced, but I don't know if it's interesting enough. Edwin is.......... uh, well it's flavorful but I don't know how balanced it is. Paladins have the ability to summon 1/1's every turn. I suppose the fact that they don't have many board clears kinda makes up for this.

Thanks for the feedback back there. Now onto your ideas:
Goblin Sapper's the one out of the three that I find the most interesting. Considering how your minions could actually benefit from the Sap (if not, it's useful for mill) and you could benefit from the Sap added to your hand, it's pretty nice.
To be honest none of my cards looks good enough to be submitted to me.
I like all of them.
Warp Splinter's my favourite for the effect alone, not sure about the stats. Also: This + Barnabus = Wacky Shenanigans.
Sandfury Firecaller is pretty cool, though Shaman can't take advantage of the Elemental tag in Magma Ragers, sadly.
Experiment with Fire is cool too, though not as cool as Splinter. I think a better name for it would be 'Playing with Fire' considering there is some random factor to it, don't you think?
@Demonxz95: Shadowform synergies are overdone. What Shadow Priest needs to even see the light of the day is alternative ways to switch to shadowform, not terribly-slow shadowform synergies. Update page 2: The other cards aren't really interesting.
@Teknican: I like this card from a gameplay point of view but it's not eye-catching. Would still upvote. Update page 2: Well, I don't like any of these though.
@Linkblade91: It's not particularily interesting or flavorful. Update page 2: Volcanic Elemental looks cool though. Would upvote that one.
@Linkfan001: It's not particularily interesting or flavorful.
@fffinderous: Too complicated and I don't see the unifying logic behind all these effects. Update page 3: Also too bland
@HenryXLIII: I'm probably missing a pop culture reference here but gameplay-wise this card would be absolute cancer. Transforming an early game 1/1 into a 5/4 with Taunt is OP as fuck. It needs to cost 4 or even 5.
@Ozymandias: Interesting, I can see this being played at least in arena. Would upvote.
@Vilegloom: Dark Merchant Tofu is my favorite. It might make an underexplored Rogue archetype viable. Would upvote.
@GameTheory345: The effect is not very interesting and I don't get the flavor. Also don't post your card as an attachment because most people won't bother clicking on it.
@Zanywoop: The effect is far-fetched and I don't like it. Besides we already had 2 Ner'zhuls who won a comp and we don't need more.
@Shatterstar1998: None of them are interesting to me. Matthias Shaw would be absolute cancer in most Rogue decks.
@Zukuu: No Mech tag. 0/10
@Cogito_ergo_sum: As I said, Trick or Treat is super flavorful and has good chances to win. Doomedguard is also cool flavor-wise but it sucks gameplay-wise.
@Dr_Scaphandre: No pirate decks would ever play a minion that costs 6. Also the effect is too bland.
@nurgling13: Stormwind Librarian is by far my favorite. It's very flavorful and very useful for Machine Gun Priest. Would upvote. The art sucks though, there must be a WoW-related artwork of a librarian somewhere on the Internet.
@StegosaurusRex: I don't really see the use of this and the card has no flavor.
@biggerbossman: The base concept is too bland.
@Wailor: This would actually need to have above vanilla stats, not below. Restoring 10 Health to your hero in a convoluted way is not worth summoning two 2/3 bodies for your opponent. Also thanks for feedback.
@_Envy_: wtf man. Update page 4: Decaying Wanderer is a good effect but it needs to be given Warcraft flavor!
@Heinibrother: Pandaren Classes is very funny, but too random to actually see play. Similarily I don't see why anybody would use Patches' First mate.
@Lathy: Base concept is too boring.
@rjcv: The card could as well say "Battlecry: Your opponent gains control of your minions". The wording is clearly just a way to fit the theme so it's not good. Even without this issue, the card is not original.
@MarioToast: It's too good. Even then, the base concept is not very original or flavorful.
@Tox: I like Owlkin Hatchling but it's too good, particularily in Malygos Druid. Ultrasaur is an average card, I would rate it 7/14 *ba dum tss*. Why did you use the French wording for "Communisme"? ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPLY SOMETHING ???? Update: Dreamer of Royalty is super weird. And are you serious when you say you like Doom Shredder? I originally did this as a troll card XD.
@WURBEURUGUREUG???: The effect is weird and makes no sense. It's clearly a card made just to fit the restrictions.
@hereehharhehre???: This is waaay too complicated. I didn't even read all the runes and I doubt anybody will. Also Khaz'Goroth is a Titan, it's unadapted as a minion.
@Tamiras12: This is too bland. Also 'Frozen' needs to have a capitalized.
@Prod: Doom Knight is OP as fuck and has no flavor. The second card is too bland.
I don't really get why you think the owl is too strong? Yeah it's pretty great with Malygos, but elseway it's Elven Archer/the sapling part from Living Roots.
Regarding your stuff. I kinda like Experiment with Fire. Although there should be a two semi colons around Fireball. Maybe call it "Playing with fire"?
Also this rager card is not as good as your other rager cards :P
(I still feel like Doomshredder is better tho)
It's too strong the same way Azure Drake or Stonehill Defender are too strong. Even though it is mechanically balanced it would still be an auto-include due to its versatility.
Preparing for Battle is much better even though it is kind of retarded.
Ok, there is a lot of ideas already, so im just gonna respond to some, where i would point out the technical "errors" and not balance and stuff, will get to others later.

How to remove bold from the Silence keyword: i think u will have to use MSpaint (or something more complex), u can do this (see pic below) and just change the "s" for "S" in your card. It seems to stop making keywords in bold if u dont start with a capital letter and if u have too many of them in there.
hello guys, what do u think of this card? i think it can fit in almost any archetype u want i mean in an aggro deck it can be good by delivering a final blow to the enemy's face and its good in the top deck mode u can play it and hit any minion and play king krush on the same turn, it also fits in a midrange deck or even a control deck! it synergies with n'zoth i mean we never had a minion with deathrattle and charge? also really good with the build-a-beast.

Thank you! It seem I need consider of them more.
For your cards, I like Meltdown most. And I guess it should cost 4 or more? So it could combo with Frost Nova, Cone of Cold or Blizzard by a reasonable cost.

many thanks for your great review. I can't contradict the issues you point out but I will try to open them up from my point of view ^^. The way i see it, with every issue there's presented an opportunity for improvement... maybe ... :D
Yeah, it's kinda like wish fulfillment with this guy as i like cards that feel consequential. Taking your first point gave me an idea: say Khaz'goroth was part of a Titan expansion that was designed to improve new players' classic sets, Imagine (fades swishy dream sequence) each time you opened a titan legendary (there are 8 neutrals in our fantasy), Khaz'goroth for example, a great big booming voice announced: the next classic pack you open has a Dragon Aspect inside!! (or any alternative for each Titan) I think this is a nice solution with a very positive outcome for new player experience.
Yes they are complicated, but control decks are complicated, and remember, the lichking cards aren't single line, some are quite complicated and need revisiting to understand (2 lines in each seal are repeated). Mostly, this card's complexity is within deck building/balancing.
Your suggestions are interesting, but not what i'm looking for :/, I suppose the idea that a Titan was 12 cost (or even more!) appealed to me also, so making him a regular battlecry etc, doesn't seem right. Anyway, none of what i say means he'll appeal to the masses, but thatnk you anyway for the great input!
Your car
your card is very succinct although i don't know the wow character (is there one?). Honestly, i think your're overpowered as in both costings i could see this in every deck, minion based or not. Changing a token into a 5/4 is mega tempo move (think Bonemane) and transform in late game is super valuable think Devolve. I don't see why gerry is a 3/2 4/3, surely he's a 1/1 dweeb ??!! :D. I'd go 4man 1/1 first impressions. Brilliant flavour btw!!
I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
So here's a new card:
#DragonRogue
Preparation
Costed and stated as compared to Drakonid Operative and Steam Surger.
I do realize it being a class Epic with an adventure watermark doesn't make sense. Oh well...
My previous cards:
Shadowform
Mana Geode
Potion of Madness

Seems kinda underwhelming if you ask me. The body is small and easy to remove, the effect is delayed. I do like the art though.

"Science isn't about why! Its about why not!"
My three main ideas.
For reference- Sacrificial Pact, Entomb and Malorne.
Round... 2? 2.5?
Preparing for Battle is kinda like a rouge mini Ultimate infeastation.
